Welcome to House of Haven 🕉️

A space built around the belief that yoga can be more than a practice you simply show up for.

House of Haven brings yoga, mindfulness, and thoughtfully curated experiences together, creating space for connection, discovery, and intention.

This is House of Haven, and there’s so much more to come. ✨

Experience House of Haven ✨

House of Haven was created to open up more ways to experience yoga and wellness, whether you’re deepening a practice you already love or stepping onto the mat for the first time.

Through complimentary community flows, curated events, local collaborations, and private yoga, there are different ways to get involved, explore what feels right for you, and discover more along the way.

By partnering with local businesses and bringing different areas of wellness together, we’re able to support our community while giving you more to explore, discover, and experience both on and beyond the mat.

Find Your Way 🧘🏽‍♀️

There’s no one way to be part of House of Haven. Come flow with us, bring HOH into your own space, create something together, or get your business involved.

Whether you’re here to practice, participate, or partner, we’d love to have you. ✨ taken in Jupiter, Florida by @thehouseofhaven

It’s like something finally clicked and I unlocked the secret to holding a handstand and pincha.🤪

Still in disbelief that I’m actually doing this! Can’t wait to keep practicing and holding longer

Disclaimer: This is what worked for me! Everyone’s practice is different, and what clicks for one person might not work for another.

Tory Burch x House of Haven ✨🧘🏽‍♀️

Such a fun Sunday morning flow! The high glass ceilings and natural light at The Gardens Mall made for the perfect setting. The Halloween decor added a dash of spooky, and my headset had me feeling like Britney Spears in Oops!... I Did It Again ✨🎤👻

My favorite part of these events is seeing people from all different walks of life come together to ground themselves, be present, find a little peace, and move their bodies.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and trusted House of Haven to guide you through this experience! 🙏🏽
