Wellness doesn’t have to exist outside of our culture and that’s why we built it right in the middle of it!

Wishing we could relive this year’s House Party Festival over and over again! Y’all really SHOWED OUT!!!

When we talk culture… THIS is what we mean. My Sunday HIIT Service class was bigger than a workout. It was about the Black experience! 🙌🏿 From spirituality, music, community, to a safe space…. THE GOAL IS TO FEEL!! And @theHousepartyfest is going to make sure you do EVERY TIME! #housepartyfest #fitnessfestival #nycfitness #sundayservice taken in Brooklyn, New York by @thehousepartyfest

Had such a good time at @thehousepartyfest at the House Party Wellness Festival. The workouts, the people, the energy, the COMMUNITY 🤎

And going from a 12hr nursing shift straight into a fitness festival is actually crazy 😂 but it was so worth it.

Tried some new workouts, met so many people and got to try @lifewaykefir Muscle Mates (protein + creatjne yogurt) for the first time 👀 definitely needed that after everything they put me through in those classes 😂

Fitness really is so much bigger than just changing your body.

So if there’s an event or class you’ve been wanting to try… just go girl. And if you don’t want to go alone, tag me 😂 I might come with you.

Thank you @thehousepartyfest + @zeusofqlf @theinnerubootcamp for such a good experience 🫶🏾 by @thehousepartyfest

Our @blackgirlvitamins stage was a vibeeee as @janeilmason had everyone whining their waist and moving their bodies in her Fit & Lit Dance Cardio class with a live performance of “No Make Up” by recording artist @donknock 🔥🔥 #housepartyfest #fitnessfestival #fitandlit #donknock #brooklyn taken in Brooklyn, New York by @thehousepartyfest

House Party was never just about the workouts. 🏠🎉

We said we were bringing wellness, culture, and community under one roof, and we meant it! From recovery and self-care to grillz, weight lifting, movement, and everything in between, every corner of the house had something going on. Because who said wellness had to look or feel just one way?!

Shoutout to all our incredible activation partners who made our house feel like a HOME. by @thehousepartyfest

A HUGE thank you to Peloton instructor @radichell for pulling up to The House Party Festival! 💪🏾

From an incredible fireside chat with @mouse_jones to showing love to our community, Rad reminded us that fitness is about so much more than movement. It’s about connection, culture, and the people we inspire along the way.

Thank you for being part of what we’re building. This is what House Party is all about! 🏠🎉 taken in Brooklyn, New York by @thehousepartyfest
