Mariko Yashida, Stone, Truit Hudson… Marvel Beginnings really is testing my knowledge of Marvel characters, which I thought I knew more about. Of course they also have some of the big characters, like Green Goblin and Onslaught. I do like the comic book page type of card for Truit Hudson though. Which is your favorite? Do you like the fact that this set showcases the more obscure characters or would you prefer only seeing the big characters? #tradingcards #tradingcardcollector #cardcollectors #marvelcomics #marvelbeginnings by @thehusbandcollection

Another Marvel Flair Rippage! Was hoping for Captain America in this pack but I got some awesome cards in return 😄. That Starlord card art is just beautiful. Never would’ve thought a MODOK card would be one of my favorites. The character has always been iconic but the composition of the card just looks amazing. Solar Flare Wasp is also cool, but the Venom Flarium just makes this pack for me. Beautiful!! 🤌 @joel_chaim_holtzman @allentotingski @oliver.harbour @meghan_hetrick #marvel #marvelcards #cardcollecting #tradingcards #tradingreels by @thehusbandcollection

Marvel Flair is so good! That Solar Flare Dr. Doom is amazing, and makes a perfect pair with the Fantastic Four card. Really love how they have the team cards for the major Marvel teams, those are awesome. The Black Cat card is great too! Haven’t seen a card that featured her that I didn’t like lol. Shang-Chi was such an awesome movie, it would’ve been cool to see a costume similar to the one he has in his card too. Well hope you like what I pulled! #marvel #marvelcomics #mcu #tradingcards #cardcollector by @thehusbandcollection

Marvel 💥 Hot Toys Ironman MkII Chrome Edition! This is one of my favorite figures in my collection. It just has a such a cool reflective finish with an awesome decorative base. These kind of bases have been used before with other figures but the added accessories really add more to this apart from the many different accessories I could add on its armor. It really is a centerpiece in one of the Ironman displays I have at home…but in all honesty, I love all my figures the same 😆 lol. Hoping to showcase more of my figures soon, just thinking of the best way to present it 😬 #marvel #mcu #marvelfigures #actionfigures #ironman by @thehusbandcollection

Marvel Beginnings continues to surprise me! It really gives you unexpected characters and various types of insert cards. At first, I just have to gather myself and take in the art, seeing the obscure characters, but the more I look at the it, the more I appreciate them. The simple border around the art is also a great design choice. No over the top, unrelated graphics, just a simple white border lol. That Mister Fantastic card and the Team Formations card is just amazing though! #marveluniverse #marvelcards #tradingcards #cardcollector #tcg by @thehusbandcollection

This was a fun pack! It felt like hit after hit, with Green Goblin, Ronin Power Blaster card, and the Jean Grey Phoenix Flarium card. All of the cards feel like a collectible piece. Although Purple man is not the coolest looking character, I like the style of the card as well. I liked what I saw from him on the Jessica Jones show and this card captures his persona pretty well. #marvel #marvelcards #cardcollector #tcg #xmen by @thehusbandcollection

DC Inspirations is pretty nostalgic for me. Not sure how many people know Booster Gold or Etrigan the Demon but I got to know these characters while playing the mmorpg DC Universe Online, and watching the Justice League animated shows. Those shows were so good at showing you different characters and making you care about them. Seeing them on the cards was a treat, specially the Martian Manhunter one. The fact that they use comic book covers makes it so you get something you could appreciate in every card. Do you remember these characters and would you like to see them in a movie one day? I know I would! 😆 #dc #dcuniverse #dcinspirations #cardcollector #tradingcards by @thehusbandcollection

Friday Disney? We got this box a while back and wanted to share the Romantic Series by Card.Fun. Already opening the box with Die cut Cinderella and Prince Charming. They also have some manga art in this one. This one also included princesses and their prince. Great to open with those that enjoy these Disney cards. These cards have a lot of texture to them and refractors.. and those are the base cards. With our upcoming Disney trip we may, as my wife calls it, “Pixie Dust” and give these away to fellow Disney folks! #disney #disneycards #disneycollector #cardsofinstagram by @thehusbandcollection

One night as we were working on editing a video, we looked back to where we started, ripping packs on the couch with Topps Chrome Marvel 2026 in July. We’ve been ripping packs and sharing our reactions on what we pull with you guys. Not only did we pick up more Marvel cards, but we also picked up Disney and DC. Collecting the cards got us looking forward to the weekend to do some browsing at local card shops. We’ve found great local shops and the met awesome owners along the way. Even had some days ripping packs with family. We realized there’s so many of us here for the fun of collecting and appreciating the art on these cards. This opened us to also follow and share our amazement with the artists on this platform. We’re grateful to have this community. My collection didn’t start with cards. I have been collecting for years with books, toys, and the figurines. Here’s our little set up of our office. Where we have some of the things we collected after we got married. Some Chicago Bulls, Mickey Disney100, Captain America Hot Toy, his shield, and of course Stan Lee’s Auto on Spiderman. I guess this ended up being a throwback Thursday. Do you remember when you first started collecting? 🙂 #collector #marvel #sideshow #disney #chicagobulls by @thehusbandcollection

It’s Disney day of the week for us. Stitch in space! There were lots of good cards in this pack, with main princesses and original Disney characters 🤗. “These Chronoz cards seem to have a high chance of encountering a fan favorite character. Even though Stitch is sort of new compared to Disneys history, hes always been one of my favorite characters. Me and my wife love him and the movie. Gets us all in our feels and makes us laugh. We got a few more packs to go, what character are you hoping we get? Maybe your favorite character? #disney #disneycards #disneycollector #cardcollecting #stitch by @thehusbandcollection

Another amazing pack from Marvel Flair 2023! 🔥 Mystique and Rogue are a great way to start to the pack, with the composition of each card fitting the tone of each character very well. Mystique having a very mysterious and dark tone, while Rogue having a light and bright tone that gives more of a heroic vibe. The Doctor Octopus looks really great in person, with the foiling design on this insert called Canonical Blast. Then to finally get to the Daredevil Flairium where you just have this intense moment showcased by this incredible artist. Loving this series so far. #cardcollector #marvelcards #marvel #tradingcards #cardsofinstagram by @thehusbandcollection
