I thought losing muscle tone at 60 was normal. My functional medicine doc @trimotus had other ideas. 💪

Not medical advice, talk to your doctor first! Anyone else doing peptides, glutathione, or NAD+? Tell me what’s working for you 👇

It wasn’t even a big decision. It was just a habit I didn’t need anymore.

Better sleep. Feel better. Don’t miss it.

Now it’s a Poppi, an Olipop, or whatever’s in the fridge. Even a
Guinness 0 🍺
Still saving a glass for special occasions 🥂

Anyone else quietly cut back and not look back? 👇

Every wellness routine needs a team. Mine sheds. 🐾 Tag your workout buddy (two-legged or four).

Red light every day, no matter how ridiculous I look 😂 Mask for my face, panels for everything else, and my scars have faded more than I ever expected. Have you tried it?👇

Pickleball with your spouse, otherwise known as divorce court 😂

We start every game as a team. We end every game needing separate cars. If you know, you know.

A different kind of pride 🇺🇸

When my son first told me he wanted to join the Marines, I tried to talk him out of it. The fear was real. But somewhere along the way, it got quieter, and the pride got louder.

He’s since deployed and come home, and I had no idea the level of sacrifice this life takes until I lived it. Being part of a military moms community, and having friends and family check in while he was away, meant more than they knew.

To every service member, and every family standing behind them, thank you. Tag someone you’re proud of, or tell me who in your life is serving 🇺🇸

Andy Roddick said it, and I’m not disagreeing 🎾

Having played college tennis myself, no teammates, no subs, no bench. Hockey and football players get to share the load. Tennis players carry it alone, sometimes for almost five hours (think Alcaraz vs. Shelton). That’s why it hits different.

Agree with Andy, or is there another sport/athlete who is better?

Chasing single digits, one dramatic round at a time ⛳

15 handicap. Shot my all-time lowest round this summer, an 80. Had so many almost hole-in-ones it’s a running family joke at this point. Even started Nelly Korda’s “Coca-Cola” backswing tempo trick 🏌️‍♀️

And then I find a sand trap I can’t escape, take a triple bogey, and the whole round’s a bust. That’s golf. One bad bunker away from ruining your best day.

Still chasing single digits. Eventually. 😂
