Woop! Excited to participate in two enchanted gatherings on the sunshine island Bornholm this summer 🌞

First up is Absalons Have this month 🐸 with a mad massive lineup, including some absolute heroes of mine in the trance world, and I’m honored to be featured with both a @theiamani live set and Respira ambient DJ set 💗

Afterwards in July is Soulshine @soulshine_bornholm , the cosiest family festival, where @greteeea and I will share deep soundscapes as @oscillating.presence and there might also appear a little @vibroacoustics installation there )))))))

Looking forward to share the vibes with amazing friends, family, artists, wizards and witches, on one of the most beautiful and sacred islands of Denmark! Dm me for more info if you wanna join the fun :) taken in Bornholm, Denmark by @theiamani

🔥 OUT NOW 🔥

https://kandiszuckerrecords1.bandcamp.com/album/sleek-nights-bold-moves

Kandiszucker proudly presents our new release, a mindbending EP by our dear friend Markus, better known to you as Theiamani.

Not only has he been part of our personal and musical lives since more than ten years already - but you can also hear his productions on all our compilations so far! So, its more than about time for a dedicated release.

After being part of the psy-scene for many years and exploring all of its sub-genres, Markus had been eager to present his own take on trance music. „I’d like to see this project as an open canvas where anything can happen. Many different stories can play out, and my general love for all expressions of music and sound design can be projected into this. One of my goals as an artist is to create with no limits and an open-mind to explore the unification of opposites: structure and disorder, harmony and dissonance, polished and dirty.„
Markus has been creating atmospheric and therapeutic ambient music and more experimental sound art content under the name Respira since 2016 already and continues this project until this very day, which is worth checking out too!

His first EP under the name of Theiamani consists of tracks created over the past 3 years, which reflects his big love for the old school goa trance sound, as well as the cheekiness and swampiness of the Scandinavian forest scene. And this exact mixture is very prominent in this stunning debut!

Enough of the words, let the music speak and open your hearts for our dear brother and friend, multi-talented musician Theiamani with his debut EP Sleek Nights, Bold Moves

Available on Vinyl, CD and digital, worldwide on all major platforms.

completing the work ~

Got 3 releases from 3 different projects ready and set to be released over the coming 5 months. Couldn’t wait, but to give a little sneak peak of some of it already 😇

Although different projects, they all bear the resemblance of some intense peaks and lots of crunchy, abstract textures. It feels adventurous to bring these sound realms into the world, as I become better at not judging, but just witnessing the unexpected places where each creation wants to go.

Next month, together with @greteeea , our first album as Oscillating Presence is FINALLY coming out! (excerpt in slide 4) We’re so excited to share it, and it will be available on cassette tape 👌This will also be the first new release on @naturetales.sound in more than a year.

After that, my first EP as @theiamani will be released on @kandiszucker_records (slide 6) and next year a new Respira album (slide 8) will see the light of the day 🌱

The last push to finish a piece is often tough and time-consuming, and I’m surprised and happy to still find the time to work on several different creative projects while also navigating the hamsterwheel of life. And even more so, I am grateful for the small circle of friends and online connections who are interested in our music and helping to publish and play it. That has really been the greatest motivation in this completion process 🤍 by @theiamani

Various Artists - Ygramul

„Ygramul, the many“ is a shapeshifting creature from the foreign worlds of the „dead mountains“. Only seeming to be a giant spider she is more of a collective consciousness of countless small insects, which form various shapes depending on their formations.

Inspired by this magical figure we wove a deep and entrancing web into a world of mysticism and fairytales, which are told by various artists from all over the globe.

With a strong focus back to the roots of our music, this compilation offers 9 exquisite and certainly unconventional goa trance tracks that create a wicked and weird, entrancing and uplifting, nocturnal yet sunsplashing journey - which constantly changing shapes leave you behind with a creative and -Mriou unforgettable listening expierence outside the box.

Stoked to be part of this beautiful new compilation ‘Hugjan & Maudjan’ from @kandiszucker_kollektiv

“This compilation is a contemporary reinterpretation of the late 90s and early 2000s era, when Goatrance was leaving but still building the foundation, and subgenres had not yet fully arrived. Different elements forged together, forming weird and wicked stuff. Nocturnal, progressive, acidic... you name it”

Lots of special tracks by great artists on here - be sure to check it out!
