My future allotment garden! The back of the garden already had concrete, as it used to be a parking space. I always dreamed of having an allotment so we have a good start on it - the base, gravel. I was initially against gravel as I thought it would be hard to walk on or pull bikes but these gravel mats changed everything from @theidealgarden . It feels so super sturdy when you walk I absolutely love it! Recommending to everyone who is thinking about installing gravel. Can a front garden be practical and pretty? It can with gravel grid! Found a way to use this space which has no purpose and give it a job to do, now we get more space on the drive, and it’ll be neat and tidy behind a nice gate. The wheels glide easily across the gravel :) and I’m pleased to say I proved my husband that this design idea works 🫣😂
