Hello beautiful souls, and welcome to The In Between ✨

Not many people talk about how hard it is to be seen and put yourself out there - so here I am, talking about it 🙈

I had the most beautiful shoot back in February and it’s taken me 5 months to share these images, because it had to *feel* right for me to share. And I honour that. I honour my timing, because it is *uniquely mine.* Just like yours is uniquely yours. I don’t believe in pushing. I believe in meeting people where they are and gently guiding them to see their truth and inherent value. To arrive in their own time and in their own way. Just like this post - I didn’t feel ready until now, and that is ok. Because I honoured myself, my timing and surrendered to my divine flow

I wasn’t always like this. It took me 29 years (hello, Saturn returns. I know you know. And if you don’t, let’s chat!), before I stopped living a life of hustle, busyness, burn out: the life I had been shown. But it was a life that slowly began feeling like someone else’s and not my own

This is The In Between; where the magic happens ☉ I am so grateful you are here

Meanwhile, in September… how I have been using my dream state to upgrade my life 🌀🐚

My dreams and I have had a date most (if not every night) in September… I can’t say it’s been the most pleasant month of my life… 😅

It’s been a month of deep reflection, nostalgia and excavation into the fertile void. Our bodies are so wildly intelligent, I am constantly in awe. We are so inextricably linked with nature in its perpetual pursuit of growth and creation. And, in this worthy endeavour, nature asks us to tend to our inner garden, weed, clear, re-soil for new fertile growth to ripe for planting.

After so much change this year, my body said, sit your a** down, it’s time to have a date with your subconscious 😮‍💨

And…I let her do its thing. Dreaming, waking, sweating, shaking, purging, fevers, bone deep fatigue moving the past ~10 ish years through my body. Truthfully, I haven’t had such a sustained period of this happening before, a couple of weeks here and there, but this was incessant, tough and also so incredibly divine

I mean, I’m in a personal 9-year cycle, it was inevitable...

As life continues to reveal itself through me, I continue to be more enamoured by it’s natural intelligence and trusting that I am always being guided exactly where I need to go, even when I need to go deep diving into the depths of the vast blue sea without goggles

I know it’s been a big time for so many too (the collective unconscious weaves us all together, all of our shadows and light swimming together in the sea of the unseen realms, invariably that which creates the seen realm), and i’ve witnessed so many in my community and close friendships moving through big pivots, shifting identities, purging, activations. I share this because I want to remind you, you are NOT alone, we are all in this together 🫶🏽

Most importantly, as we clean and clear our programs you not only cleanse yourself, upgrading your inner world, and allowing your external world to match, but you are helping to raise the collective vibration of the planet too

I’ll leave you with this, sometimes you just need to DELETE the program(s), put them in the BIN (or trash) as they say in the US of A 🤪🗑️ by @theinbetween_co

What can I say… Karen, you’re just adding fuel to my fire ❤️‍🔥

Growing up, this used to be my ‘toxic trait’ because I thought someone else’s opinion of me, who I am, and what I did with my life was more important than my own inner knowing. As humans we are all driven by a desire for connection, and the degree to which this may or may not rule our lives will of course, vary.

I had associated approval with connection. And this is the tricky part, if these beliefs remain unexamined, they sit in the subconscious and become the script that rule our lives. Approval and connection are not the same thing. Doing something to prove someone’s opinion wrong was only hindering myself and my spirit.

As a young girl, my dad always told me NOT to be a lawyer. At the time, little me, took these statements to mean “you’re not capable of being a lawyer”. This became an unexamined statement and landed on my consciousness that way. Years later, I know that’s not what he meant, he was trying to protect me in his own way from a tough slog. But little me thought: ok, I’ll prove you wrong. And so I did, for a long time.

This seemingly toxic trait, is now one of my favourite traits, because if someone says something is impossible AND I check in with my inner compass AND it’s an intrinsic desire of mine, one that’s aligned with my soul, I’ll do whatever it takes to make it happen. A woman on a big mission, with an inner fire is a powerful thing ❤️‍🔥

My mantra has been and always will be, anything is possible and when anything is possible, miracles become inevitable ✨

AUTHENTICITY > PERFORMANCE

Tuning into the collective’s next 18 months with the North Node (our destiny) in Aquarius and South Node (our past) in Leo, the words I keep repeatedly hearing are AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION.

There is nothing more Aquarian than that. Because when one person is authentic it creates an environment and ripple effect where others feel comfortable being authentic too. In its highest expression, the Aquarius energy is always on the collective, and helping humanity evolve (& of course, there are plenty of low expressions of Aquarius too!).

The highest expression of Leo is self-realisation. This sense of being able to shine without the need for others approval, to know they are here to lead and courageously use their gifts, EVEN when, and if, no one acknowledges it. The energy of Leo revels in admiration and praise. Can you just imagine the strength if you could shine ANYWAY, irrespective of anyone else? That is the brute power of Leo in its highest expression.

Now, the shadow side of Leo, is needing external validation and praise to feel worthy and engaging in performative actions for approval.

With the collective’s South Node in Leo over the next 18 months, this performative quality will be felt, sensed and detected more than ever, because authenticity and uniqueness is where we are ALL collectively moving towards.

Authenticity means being who you say you are. It’s the quality of BEINGNESS that is felt in someone else’s energy and presence, before they even say a word. It’s not replicable because it is not meant to be.

We each have Aquarius and Leo in our astrological charts and these themes will manifest in different ways for us all as individuals.

We each have a unique soul purpose and mission that we agreed to before coming to planet earth in this incarnation. This is the time to tap into that essence, to let your freak fly, let your AUTHENTIC expression be free and emerge like the beautiful butterfly you are 🦄💜✨

Everyone thought I was crazy 🤪 It didn’t have to make sense to anyone else, but me🦄💘✨

This is how I make all my decisions, I consult my inner world; tune into my sacred yeses and sacred nos.

I remember so clearly sitting in the dead of winter in Melbourne, Australia during COVID, THE most locked down city in the WHOLE WORLD, thinking, I NEVER want to experience a winter in Melbourne again. I made a pact with myself… then and there, never again.

It started as a move up north to QLD, which nearly became our home in 2024, where the first suburbs we stayed in were Palm Beach and Miami, Queensland (both suburbs we hadn’t heard of before). This later turned into one of the best plot twists yet.

A move to Miami, USA… which later turned into South Florida (aka, 20 minutes from ‘Palm Beach’ USA). The synchronicities are never lost on me 🥹💘✨

Once you realise that every single moment in our lives is a CHOICE, live becomes so much richer, sweeter and more alive.

I realised It was a choice to live in the city I was born in, a choice that I could change with one decision (I promise I not always saw it that way!).

Let this be your reminder, that EVERY single moment in our lives is a choice. Every yes, every no can be a sacred portal when met with intention and consciousness towards our destiny or away from it. Life is far too precious to ignore your sacred yeses and nos.

& when you follow yours, life meets you there, the place where miracles are inevitable 🦋
