POSTS STORIES REELS

A lot of what we call our “personality” is actually protection.

Patterns. Survival responses. Adaptations created by a younger version of us trying to feel safe, loved, seen, or in control.

When I started getting to know myself through the chakra system, my entire world changed.

I realized so many of my behaviors, beliefs, fears, and emotional patterns were rooted in early childhood experiences and stored in the body.

This work helped me create a new relationship with myself.
And from there…a new relationship with life.

That is why I created Get to Know Yourself: Chakras & the Inner Child.

This course is designed to help you develop or deepen your relationship with your inner child through the lens of the chakra system, body awareness, and self-inquiry.

Because when you begin changing your inner world, your outer world starts to change too.

The way you love.
The way you relate.
The way you choose.
The way you move through life.

Your body holds stories.
Your patterns have roots.
And your awareness has the power to transform both.

This connection with yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. ✨

Join me in this 7-week container where we will learn, play, connect, and meet ourselves in the truth of who we are.

All classes will be recorded and available for replay.

As a bonus, I am including a free personalized 15-minute Health Energetics Consultation to help you decode patterns that may be impacting your health.

A warm welcome to the new faces here 💛

This is my campaign as a pharmacist…

I’m a pharmacist who cares just as much about your emotions and energy as I do about your labs and medications.

I care about your quality of life.

I care about equity.

I care about helping people resolve what’s actually going on beneath the surface, not just slapping on another band-aid.

Alongside my pharmacy background, I support healing through bodywork - gentle, restorative touch that allows the nervous system to release and reorganize patterns held in the body.

If you’re curious about the deeper causes of your patterns and health experiences - welcome.

Some reflections on the past few years of my journey. I was willing to put myself in new and uncomfortable situations that helped me break through so many of my own fears and limitations and I can truly feel myself becoming a different person.

See, the thing is, we can’t just keep things the same and expect something to change. We have to be willing to do something different. Now, the answer for everyone may not be to do what I did - uproot my life and go on an adventure. It can literally be anything!

Not mentioned in this video is all the love and support I received during my journey with friends, family, healers of all kinds and my own nervous system and inner child work and most importantly, following the guidance and intuition I received every step of the way.

And really this is what I’ve been practicing, trusting myself and my guidance system. Playing energetically with what can become real in my life. It’s been so much fun!

I hope this video inspires people to take a risk, do something different, and live the life they’ve been dreaming bout because it is so very possible for you and you absolutely deserve it!

For me, the journey continues to expand this level of safety and freedom in relationships, in community and beyond.

Lots of love. 💕 by @theintuitivepharmacist

Hi friends! I’m starting a book club with one of the most profound books I’ve ever read this week! We’ll be reading Love Without Conditions by Paul Ferrini. Please send me a message if you want to join! We start this Thursday!

This book explores the intersection between spirituality, psychology, and personal responsibility in the ways we live our lives. It’s a book I’ve read many times and I’m looking forward to revisiting it with fresh eyes and new perspectives.

My intention is to create a space for genuine connection, curiosity, and exploration. I truly believe the teachings in this book will change the world we live in. I hope it will transform you the way it has transformed me (and everyone else I’ve recommended the book to.).

Each week, we’ll come together for meaningful conversations, personal reflections, and an opportunity to explore how the book’s wisdom shows up in our everyday lives.

✨ Dates: Thursdays, November 5 – December 17 (skipping Thanksgiving)
✨ Time: 7 PM PST
✨ Cost: $10 one-time contribution for all 6 gatherings

Interested in joining? Send me a message with your email and I’ll share the details! by @theintuitivepharmacist

My experience navigating the different systems (Eastern and Western) when it comes to my health.

Detailed, specialized, and functional medicine has always been embedded in Eastern practices. The LEVEL of detail with which they evaluate the body in Eastern medicine blows my mind every time! by @theintuitivepharmacist

We all have to break down at some point 🤣. Do you create boundaries to allow yourself to unravel? I’m realizing how important this is because otherwise we are just suppressing and “pushing through”…this is how experiences, emotions get trapped in the body.

This topic of boundaries is very present right now. Let’s do an energetic check in. Let me know how you guys are feeling below. by @theintuitivepharmacist

It’s finally here! 🥹✨

I am SO excited to finally open The Intuitive Exchange to more women!

Over the past few years, I’ve witnessed firsthand what can happen when women come together with intention: to witness one another, support one another, share our ideas and dreams, and remind each other of our own power.

And through that experience, I’ve realized just how much I want to create more spaces for women to do exactly that.

The Intuitive Exchange is also where so many parts of my own journey and work come together, from health and embodiment to intuition, energy, pattern recognition, movement, and channeling.

My intention is not to give you all the answers. It is to help you deepen your relationship with yourself to develop greater discernment, trust your intuition, listen to your body, use your voice, and remember your own power.

There are two ways to join, whether you want a space to receive and explore in your own time or you’re craving deeper live connection, accountability, and community.

The doors are officially open! 💛

Wow! I am still in shock that certain technology in air purifiers can cause toxicity. Please do your research!

Life lately…

A beautiful welcoming to my new home, colorful flowers, sweet time with friends, a spiritual candle ceremony for a client, got to spend Father’s Day with my Dad, new views, a new visitor, resting, recovering, and enjoying. 💖

Grateful for it all. 🙏🏼 by @theintuitivepharmacist
