Sometimes your heart wants to go somewhere.

This piece explores the feeling of emotional movement: the desire to go somewhere, change something, or follow a quiet inner pull without fully understanding it yet. Through a reflective piano melody and gradual progression, the composition captures a mix of nostalgia, curiosity, uncertainty, and hope.

I started composing back in 2017, mostly writing down small ideas whenever something meaningful crossed my mind. Over time, those fragments slowly became this piece.

To me, this song represents the delightful detours life takes. The quiet feeling of following where life naturally leads you, even when the path was never part of the original plan. There is something bittersweet about realizing how quickly time passes. Years disappear before you fully notice, and the world around you changes faster than expected.

Yet memory allows us to revisit those moments in a different light. We remember places differently. People differently. Even ourselves differently. Sometimes the past becomes softer, warmer, and more beautiful through reflection, while still carrying a sense of distance that can never fully return.

I think this piece is about accepting movement, change, and uncertainty while continuing to move forward with a sense of light.
