This summer was more than an internship — it was a God assignment. 💛

I had the privilege of serving Vanderbilt Football as an athletic training intern, helping with everything from rehabs to treatments, hydration, wound care, and even working the Regional Playoffs for the College World Series. I met incredible people, learned lessons I’ll carry forever, and saw God’s hand in every detail.

All while running my health & wellness business, He showed me that with grace and discipline, I can serve in multiple callings at once.

This marks the close of my chapter in athletic training, and the start of a new one — stepping boldly into my passion for sports psychology, helping athletes break through mental blocks and step into their God-given potential.

Every season has a purpose, and I’m so thankful for this one. Here’s to walking in obedience, trusting the vision, and giving God all the glory for what’s next. ✨ taken in Vanderbilt University by @thejadajohnson

And that’s a wrap!

I am deeply grateful for my time with the TCU football team as an immersive summer athletic training intern. This experience has not only enhanced my skills as an athletic trainer and colleague but also instilled in me a profound passion and resilience, fueling my commitment to excellence in sports medicine.

My experience at TCU has provided me with cherished memories and meaningful connections that I will hold dear forever. The relationships I have built and the knowledge I have gained will be essential as I continue my journey in athletic training.

I attribute my success and opportunities to my hard work and dedication, and I am profoundly thankful to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Special thanks to my mentor, Adrienne Henderson for being a remarkable reference and a significant influence on my growth and motivation, and to Ryan Rodems for extending this incredible opportunity to me.

It has been an immense privilege to learn from the fantastic athletic trainers, team physicians, strength coaches, and leaders of operations across various sports at TCU!💪🏽💜🤍 taken in Texas Christian University by @thejadajohnson
