The time travelling Lazy Susan has been spun for the Wagga Comedy Festival season of UNLIKELY FRIENDS & the results have got historians checking their PHD footnotes. Show 1 on Friday, June 5th @ 7.15pm sees @bronlewiscomedy as Mary Magdelene, buddying up wIth @thejamieway as Harold Holt. Will Maz be able to get Harry a seat at the Last Supper & will HH follow through on the swimming lessons he promised Mare Mare?

(FYI, show 2 on Saturday, June 6th @ 5pm features @thedanesimpson as Bruce Lee, who'll be putting aside the nunchucks to duet with @e.l.elliott as Olivia Newton-John.

Tired but grateful after a big few days enjoying a getaway with @sway2 at @28degreesbyronbay.

From catching a blustery sunrise at the famous lighthouse, to cruising the coastal roads (big and small) in a gorgeous Mustang, having Seven Mile Beach all to ourselves, then later to @missmargarita_byronbay Happy Hour refreshments, then on to @byrontheatre to take in the sublime sounds of @morganjoanel and the incredible @newtonfaulkner.

After we caught up for a radio chat about @bttfmusicalau back in December, I said to @antonpberezin: "mate, let's not leave it another 15 years to catch up again!"

Lo and behold, look who was riding through town earlier this week and pulled up for a delicious @mr.lawrencewagga lunch!

This house has been in my family for around 50 years.

My sister and I grew up in this house. My dad spent his very last night in this house.

This week it's moving on to a new owner, so we decided to have one more meal here and gather our memories.

My dad's dark, dusty shed might have given up his wall-to-wall clutter years ago, but his shaky handwritten note on the wall lives on as a reminder of the countless hours of tinkering that went on here.

The remnants of decades-old wallpaper, preserved perfectly inside wardrobes and drawers, a bittersweet memento of our lives lived within these humble walls.

Scroll through to the end - we also couldn't resist the last opportunity to recreate some photos from our childhood (as best we could, anyway).

Great Scott! We can confirm that the Back To The Future Musical (@bttfmusicalau ) is absolutely BRILLIANT - super high energy, fantastic performances all around, and straight up *mind-blowing* technical production (super proud of @madsburkettsm for running the tightest of tight ships as its Stage Manager!)

Special shout-out to my Zhivago castmate @antonpberezin, killing it onstage as Principal Strickland (+ a few other roles): thank you so much for taking the time to catch up after the show and have a yarn with me for the radio - and I only realised this morning that we forgot to get a selfie 😂

In conclusion: you really should go see this before it finishes at the end of January... In other words, TIME is RUNNING OUT! taken in Sydney Lyric by @thejamieway
