Nasty end cab brought back to life!!!
4 steps of sanding was needed, p120 with a 11,000rpm grinder to really knock it down fast!!!!!
P220, p500, p800 at 3500rpm with a flexible backing plate and foam interface pad to make the surface nice and flat and feel like glass before polishing. A 6000rpm heavy cut with @renegadeproductsusa orange cutting buff and tripoli. A secondary cut with a yellow buff and a little dab of tripoli as well. This step really helps a lot to refine the cutting hash marks. On a cold day, this works exceptional! Finished up with a flannel and that famous renegade purple!

I have to say this is definitely one of my favorite trucks!!! And I'm proud to be part of this build! Over the year, I have well over a 100 hours of Polishing into this rig! When it was fully rebuild from the frame up I polished every piece all the way around! Mostly, it's all original! This is a rare truck as it has a KTA600 Cummings and an aluminum frame!
Once this truck was fully put back together, I polished everything again along with a full paint correction and a ceramic coating to get that super wet glossy paint! This truck has seen day light Once in over a year! And yes it was of course a sunny day! And no this truck doesn't see any water to get cleaned! Always waterless care for this beauty!
