Welcome to The Jenise Experience. ✦ If you know me, you know how this goes—I’m going to ask the questions, do the research, tell you what I really think, and check on you again later. 😂 I’m naturally the person who wants everyone around me to feel informed, supported, and taken care of. And once you’re my people? You’re family. Period. Teaching, advocating, nurturing, communicating, and finding solutions have always been part of who I am. I’ve been trusted to educate, prepare families for some of life’s biggest moments, and show up when it matters most. Now, I get to step into another one of those moments—helping people make moves, build wealth, start new chapters, and find the place that feels like theirs. And this page? Consider it your invitation into The Jenise Experience—real estate, new moves, big goals, a glimpse into my world, and everything we’re becoming along the way. ✨ Grow with me. Glow with me. Move with me. Welcome to The Jenise Experience— where every move is intentional, and the experience is exceptionally yours. ✦ #sellingdfw #sellinghouston #texasrealestate #yournewfavoriterealtor #investinrealestate by @thejeniseexperience
Definitely remember that call 22 years ago of my Ma transitioning, remember the last phone call, & remember hearing her voice call my name days after she transitioned. It seems that long ago and not that long ago at the same time. To know her was to know a living angel & the definition of the “divine feminine.” Crazy that it’s been more than half my life without her physical presence here although I know she’s with me every step of the way. Blessed to be Donna’s girl…🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 One Sweet Day was her favorite song, she played it on repeat on cassette. She was not about taking photos…this is one of my favorite pics of her💖 by @thejeniseexperience
The Jenise Experience: Design Edition Design makes your house a home, a reflection of you. 🏡 I had the most amazing experience with my friend Jamie of @jvontedesigns She opened the doors to the World Trade Center at Dallas Market Center, where I got exclusive access to experience designer showrooms I’d never see on my own. 🛍️ Shopping with her was a whole experience. She just gets it. The vision, the style, & the essence. #sellingdfw #dallasrealestate #dallasdesigner by @thejeniseexperience

First and foremost, heartfelt condolences to the Airman’s family and loved ones following this tragic loss at the “Salute to Armed Forces and Veterans” game between UTSA and Navy. Keeping them in my thoughts during this difficult time. Grateful for cherished moments with family in San Antonio over the weekend. ⚓️🫶🏾 by @thejeniseexperience

4 beds/ 4.5 baths 3,841sq ft $824,990 immediate move-in McKinney, TX NEW CONSTRUCTION. WITHOUT THE WAIT. They say "good things come to those who wait." True...also, good things also come to those who move strategically. New construction doesn’t always mean waiting months to move in. There are beautiful, never-lived-in homes already finished and ready for their first owner. Skip the build timeline, keep that brand-new-home feeling, and still be home for the holidays. New home. New traditions. Exceptionally You, Exceptionally Yours. #MovingToDallas #SellingDallas #DallasRelocation #CorporateRelocation #DallasLuxuryRealEstate by @thejeniseexperience
