Autumn colours will forever have my heart. 🍂🤎

The warmth, the texture, the deep earthy tones… there’s just something about this palette that makes newborn portraits feel extra cozy and timeless.

Rust, cream and olive might just be my favourite combination of all time.

The tiny laughs.
The little curled toes.
The joy that can’t be posed.

She’s growing a whole human… and somehow still looks this effortlessly stunning. 🤍

Sometimes maternity sessions are soft and emotional…

and sometimes we spend half the session laughing because baby kicks right as we’re trying to pose. 😂🤍

Honestly, these are some of my favorite moments.

The in-between.
The real smiles.
The “I cannot believe I’m about to be someone’s mom” moments.

Motherhood is beautiful… but it’s also funny, chaotic, emotional, exciting, and completely unforgettable.

This is the last moment
you belong only to yourself.

Before your body is no longer just yours.
Before your world is no longer just yours.

Before everything changes.

And it will change.

Not in a soft, gentle way
but in a way that reshapes you completely.

This is not about capturing a “beautiful bump.”

This is about documenting the woman
who is strong enough
to step into a life she cannot fully see yet.

There is power in that.

And it deserves more than a memory.

It deserves to be seen.

This is for the woman who doesn’t feel like herself anymore.

Pregnancy changes everything…
and sometimes you don’t recognize the woman in the mirror.

But you deserve to feel powerful, feminine, and unforgettable in this season.

You don’t need to know how to pose.
You don’t need to plan anything.

You just show up and I take care of the rest.

There’s something about the way light tells a story…

In colour, you feel the warmth, the softness, the quiet anticipation.
In black & white, it becomes something deeper, timeless, sculptural, almost sacred.

I’d love to know…
Which one speaks to you? by @thejmcstudio

This is not about capturing a moment.

This is about capturing her.

The woman in between who she was
and who she is becoming.

Motherhood doesn’t make you smaller.
It expands you.
It deepens you.
It changes the way you see yourself and the way the world sees you.

And that deserves to be remembered as art.

Not just for today.
But for the woman you’ll be years from now…
looking back at this season that changed everything.

This is the work I’m most proud of.

A letter to the women who inspire me…

To the women who create life.

To the women whose bodies grow humans while the world somehow calls it “normal.”

To the women building families, businesses, dreams, and futures often all at the same time.

I see you.

I see the strength in your exhaustion.
The beauty in your resilience.
The power in the love you give so freely.

Women are not just strong.

We are creators.
We are leaders.
We are the beginning of every story this world has ever known.

Never forget how extraordinary you are.

Happy International Women’s Day 🤍
