My 9/11 Story. A dark day in our country’s history. Never Forget. 🙏 I was 25 years old on September 11, 2001. Today, I’m 49. It’s hard to grasp how many years have passed since that morning—years I’ve been blessed to live while so many others were not given that chance.

Every September, I find myself waking up and replaying the hours of that day. The shock, the fear, the grief—it’s all etched in my memory as though it happened yesterday. For myself and many others, this will always be a season of reflection.

I carry a deep sense of gratitude for my life, one that words can’t fully capture. I know there’s a reason I am here, and I don’t take it for granted.

To all the brave responders, first on the scene and those who have carried the weight of that day ever since—thank you. Your courage, sacrifice, and selflessness will never be forgotten.
This is my story. This is my memory. And this is my reminder to you: take time to remember those we lost, honor the heroes, and hold their families in your heart.

More than ever… NEVER FORGET. 🙏 by @thejoecampagna

You saw the bloopers… now here’s what we were actually trying to do 😂🎬🏡

Great time hosting our Broker Open at 143 Nevada Ave, Staten Island, NY 10306 with @rakhman4515

This home has a lot to offer — beautiful living space, an incredible backyard and pool setup, and yes… even an elevator. 👀

This is what I love about working alongside great local real estate professionals: getting out there, showcasing properties, meeting agents, and helping put the financing piece together for the buyers who walk through the door.

Elena brings the house. I’ll bring the financing. 🏡🤝💰

Thinking about buying, selling, or need a lender who can help structure the deal?

They said, “Just act natural.”

That was their first mistake. 😂🎥

Me and Alexis trying to film content at the Broker Open… apparently closing loans is a lot easier than getting through one damn take. 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

Missed lines. Wrong words. Random laughing. Zero chance of keeping a straight face.

Somehow we eventually got the job done. 😂

Real estate 🤝 Mortgages
Professional when it counts… questionable when the camera starts rolling. 😂🏡🎬

50 hits different. ❤️

Standing in front of the Mayan ruins at Chichén Itzá… walking down into a cenote and swimming in 125 feet of natural spring water… I couldn’t help but think about how grateful I am just to be here and experience it all.

Sobriety has given me many gifts, but one of the greatest has been learning how to be PRESENT.

Present with my wife.
Present in these moments.
Present in my life.

For a long time, I was either looking backward or worrying about what was coming next. Today, I can appreciate exactly where my feet are… while still being excited about where life is taking me.

Turning 50 has been an incredible milestone. I’m grateful for the past, loving the present, and genuinely excited about the future.

This chapter isn’t about slowing down.

It’s about truly L-I-V-I-N-G. ❤️🙏

Giants football with my daughter @campa.gna 💙❤️🏈

The wins, the losses, the yelling, the memories… this is our thing. ❤️

Although once Francesca spotted that overpriced Giants unicorn 🦄😂, I’m pretty sure Dad and the game became an afterthought!

Wouldn’t trade these days for anything. 💙❤️

Great day checking out 415 Vineland Ave with Katherine Ciaravino! 🔑🏠 Always love getting out, seeing the inventory, talking real estate, and connecting with great people in this business.

BUT WAIT… 👀😂

After a little social media hiatus…

ALEXIS ALVAREZ & JOE CAMPAGNA ARE BACKKKKKK!!! 🎥🔥😂

If you’ve been around for a while, you already know what that means… the duo is reunited and the content is about to start flowing again! 🤣🎬

🏡✨ We closed today and I am just SO happy for this mama and daughter duo!
When their lender said a traditional loan wasn’t going to work, we didn’t give up — we got creative. Our bank statement program made it happen, and now they have keys to their beautiful new home right here in Maryland. 🗝️💕
First-time homebuyers, this is YOUR reminder that there is always a way. Don’t let one “no” stop your dream. 🙌

🎶 Back when life was simple…

One minute you’re growing up in the 90’s….

Next minute you’re watching your daughters grow up 🌎

Different times… same feeling

Wouldn’t trade it for anything

It wasn’t luck. It was risk. It was discipline. It was choosing myself even when it felt uncomfortable.
