Putting AI in your case study doesn't make you an AI designer.

Founders aren't hiring for the AI feature.

They're hiring for the decisions AROUND it.

Here's where each signal goes in your case study:

1. Justification. The first line of your problem section, before a single screen. What did it cost before AI & what does it cost now?

2. Human vs AI input. Annotate one key screen. Label what the user gave, what the model generated & what a human approved.

3. Guardrails. One slide. What the agent can't do, plus the UI that tells the user.

4. Failure states. Put one failure screen right next to your happy path. Same size. Same care.

5. Escalation. Show the trigger, not just the handoff. What condition sends it to a human?

AI on the screen is a feature.

AI decisions in the case study are the signal.

1. Find one thing you cut. If you can't, you haven't shown a tradeoff.

2. Find one team your work affected outside your own screens. If you can't, you've shown a task, not a system.

3. Find one place you kept AI OUT. If every answer is "we added AI," that's not judgement. That's a feature list.
