For those of you who know me in real life -I am always in makeup. I love to be glammed up on photo shoots too. However, I am also comfortable leaving the house without makeup on—but that hasn’t always been the case! Ha
✨
Years ago, I did not value how important it was to work on my inner self —especially my self esteem and self love. The past versions of me could have never posted this pic. Nor could she have ever appreciated who she was on the inside, my inner beauty —which is the most important. Yes, my physical appearance is still a high value of mine (and prefer makeup on)! BUT I also know there is no amount of makeup or filters that can cover up and hide who a person really is on the inside.

Reminding you that you are lovable and good enough just as you are. Don’t forget to be kind and compassionate to yourself we are all doing the best we can with who we are at the time. Sending love and light! 🫶

No makeup. No filter. No photoshop. And full of excitement!

At Coco Rocha Model Camp behind the scenes getting ready with Hair and MUA before my 1 on 1 photoshoot session with the “Queen of Pose” @cocorocha !! Ahhh!! She is so iconic.

This camp was a peak career and life changing experience! I have so much to share about it all, not sure even where to begin! Ha I had high expectations and Coco exceeded them all. She is the embodiment of beauty, excellence, mastery, authenticity, grace and she is so damn funny! This was an intense educational experience. Not only did I learn pose and runway modeling skills from the best, I added incredible photos to my portfolio and also learned so much from her knowledgeable husband & manager James Conran—he the covered business and branding side of modeling.

The CRMC staff, interns, photogs, Hair/MUAs were super supportive, positive and exceptionally talented.

The other models were an amazing, beautiful, high vibe, fun group of women! Made friends, made memories and did I mention had SO MUCH FUN!

More to say, more to show…
But for now a huge heartfelt thank you to @cocorocha for making my CRMC experience not just an elite educational experience but also life changing in ways I couldn’t have predicted. A special thanks to everyone else who made this experience magical.
