Wisdom of Pop at @shambalafest 💜🩷💚

Here’s to everything we’re surviving. Here’s to resourcing yourself in these wild times. Here’s to strength, resilience and the power of forgiveness to set you free.
keep going. You’ve got this (it might not always feel like it, but you have) I know it’s hard, but we can do hard things ❤️

Love to @destinyschild for this anthem of triumph (SUCH a jam) 🩷

It’s done. Saying goodbye to summer 2026…

Happy Equinox 🍁

Traveling home from @happyplacefestival my last event of a 10-event season, exhausted & overflowing with it all, we spilled out of the car into the sun-setting on @tattonpark and danced

This year has been a hard one for me. But the joy & love, connection & gratitude I experience when I get to dance & share dance & teach & connect & be in my power & be in my joy & step out onto stages & speak into microphones & be in feilds, is always always beautiful and I never take it for granted

The biggest thank you to everyone who got me along to their events and to everyone who came out & joined me this summer 🙏🏼❤️ Love & gratitude x

On with the journey… by @thejoyindance

@shambalafest is now a bright shining muddy memory. Such wonderful enthusiasm from a Sunday crowd of all ages, and powerhouse performances from Grace @thejoyindance and Charlotte. Stay tuned for our winter gigs in Bristol and beyond! by @thejoyindance

It was so fun to bring my dance workshops to @happyplacefestival this weekend 💛💚🧡

Huge thank you to everyone who showed up to dance, to the lovely team that booked me & to @fearnecotton for having the bright idea to gather everyone in the first place. A really lovely weekend. Thanks!

Was also a great way to round off the summer with pals @lukelifejuggling & @j_e_n_n_y_k_n_i_g_h_t ☀️

I reached out to @oxfamgb ahead of my job at @wildernesshq MC’ing The Atrium Stage.
Every time I’m fortunate enough to get to stand on a stage, I want to shout about causes I believe in 🌍💚

I LOVE clothes & dressing up & feel great responsibility to do all I can to help protect our beautiful planet.

The fashion industry is widely cited as the second-largest industrial polluter in the world (surpassed only by the oil industry, isn’t that mad?!) I want to show that looking FABULOUS really doesn’t have to cost the earth.

As consumers we hold a lot of power. Think about where you’re putting your money & the impact of the choices you make when spending. Second-hand shopping is best for people & planet!

I paired my @oxfamshops sequin skirt with this stunning @chooselove t-shirt & my beloved ‘Global Femanist’ pin-badge from @thecirclengo
Check out & support the vital work these charities are doing. And support @oxfamgb ‘No More Radio Silence’ campaign.

This is NOT a paid partnership (& the skirt was a loan) Just doing my bit to create the world I want to live in 🕊️🌱
