Thankful to be alive 🩷🌷

Last weekend was 🔥🔥🔥.
I had the opportunity of singing together with some beautiful people. There was such a presence of God 🫶🏽❤️.
.
What also was special about this day is that this weekend was the feast of Purim. Purim, the holiday of the lots, is a celebration of the Jewish Queen Esther saving the Jews from the evil vizier of the Persian King Achashverosh, named Haman.
.
God has been preparing my heart for this moment. I am very thankful to be alive in this day and age. He has a purpose and a plan for everybody. This moment for me was a key-moment. It was time for stepping out, even though I had a very bad cough. It was time. Obedience is better than sacrifice. God’s voice silences the the voice of the enemy. And even today, Good Friday, is a reminder of that. He rules and reigns, everything is paid for by the Cross. And by His beautiful name, Yeshua, we may rise up and sing and shout about his goodness and faithfulness ❤️.
He is our Deliverer! ✝️
.
📖 Esther 4:14 ~ For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this? by @thejoysetbeforeher

Mid 2018.
My desert season.
My hard season.
My break down season.
In the midst of that, faith was my Anchor.
Jesus fought for me.
Now I am standing at the other side of that Red Sea.
Grateful.
Thankful.

Take what you need out of this, even if it’s all of it. I’m your cheerleader! 🪴
Also, be kind to yourself. You can’t change anything that’s in the past, but you can change your perspective on it and focus on the good that’s ahead of you. ☀️ by @thejoysetbeforeher

Dream ✨☁️
.

One of these days I was having a dream. Me and a good friend were having a walk and as we were walking she told me a story. A story about an ongoing war in her head. As she was telling me this I was seeing a visual of two armies being in a continual battle.
Then the words were given into my mouth: “You can’t make peace with the battle, but you can invite Peace into your battle.”
.
Today you may be fighting a battle and you may be fighting it in your own strength. It may feel like it is ongoing, never stopping. If this is the case, it’s probably tiring you out tremendously.
.
📖 Philippians 2:13 says this:
‘For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energizing, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfill your purpose] for His good pleasure.’
‭‭.
📖 Psalm 3:3
But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high.
.
📖 Deuteronomy 3:22
Do not be afraid of them; the Lord your God himself will fight for you.
.
📖 Luke 10:19
Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.
.
I can write so many more verses that speak about the God who fights our battles. I will name one more and that is something Jesus himself said in John 16:33:
“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
.
Stop running from fear. Stop running from anxiety. Stop fighting your own battles, making yourself feel better with temporary solutions. For why should you choose temporary when there is a God of peace, a Prince of peace, who is eternal. He is eternal peace.
.
I pray anyone who has come this far reading, this word may land in your heart. Take hold of it, in Jesus name ❤️.

📖 Psalm 23 🌿

✨
Yahweh is my best friend and my shepherd. I always have more than enough. He offers a resting place for me in his luxurious love. His tracks take me to an oasis of peace near the quiet brook of bliss. That’s where he restores and revives my life. He opens before me the right path and leads me along in his footsteps of righteousness so that I can bring honor to his name. Even when your path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness, fear will never conquer me, for you already have! Your authority is my strength and my peace. The comfort of your love takes away my fear. I’ll never be lonely, for you are near. You become my delicious feast even when my enemies dare to fight. You anoint me with the fragrance of your Holy Spirit; you give me all I can drink of you until my cup overflows. So why would I fear the future? Only goodness and tender love pursue me all the days of my life. Then afterward, when my life is through, I’ll return to your glorious presence to be forever with you!
✨

As a little girl this part of Jesus intrigued me. I automatically saw God as a Shepherd watching over and caring for his sheep.

To me it’s that simple. We often overcomplicate things. Yet little me and Shepherd Jesus were enough. All the other theology is beautiful, yet it points all back to the Source: Jesus.

He remains the Radiant One. Shining like the Sun. Eyes like fire, hair like wool and a Voice like many waters.

Death couldn’t hold Him down. Hell couldn’t steal His crown. There’s resurrection power in His Name.

Whatsoever the world says: I have seen what I have seen. Jesus in all His beauty. Simple, yet glorious and loving towards ALL.

He is the definition of love. Life without the existence of Him is like the earth without the existence of the sun.

❤️❤️❤️

Fear can go to hell
Shame can go there too
I know Whose I am
God, I belong to You 🙏🏽
.
Fear is the absence of faith.
Fear is faith in the wrong kingdom.
.
Shame is the absence of acceptance and the presence of insecurity. But my Jesus has a habit of loving us at our darkest hour, taking us by the hand and pulling us out of the mud.
.
In His Presence is freedom. His love is secure.
In Him is no shame. Just love and protection ❤️.
