Thrilled to collab with @queerbrewing and @thejukebars again on Out Tonight? raising funds for @queensheathpride and @annehealthcare. It’ll be our last collab as sadly Queer Brewing are closing soon, but I’ve sunk a few of these and they slip down real nice. It’s been an honour to work with them on some delicious crisp cold ones.

It was with great sadness that I heard that @queerbrewing were to close imminently.... but equally happy that they had managed to do a second collaboration in support of Queen's Heath....

Out Tonight? is a 4.5% pale ale from @queerbrewing in collaboration with comedian and artist @joelycett and local pub @thejukebars . Every beer sold helps to fund donations to LGBTQ+ charities (another reason to get behind such projects).

As you can see from the pictures, this is a lovely, hazy pour with lovely earthy, citrus notes on the nose.

The taste is a beautiful combination of juicy citrus and tropical fruits with notes of grapes. It's an incredibly smooth beer and very easy drinking.

Considering this only comes in at 4.5%, it has the feel of a much higher ABV, which goes to show the quality of this brewery (as well as the sadness that it won't be continuing for much longer, as is all too common in this industry right now 😞).

Which all goes to highlight the struggle of so many breweries and local craft beer bars today, so I urge everyone to support local as much as you can!

But to end on a positive, this is a belter of a beer and personally, is even better having the legend that is Joe Lycett involved with it.

As you can see from the pictures of my Joe Lycett art collection, the can art was also done by the man himself and is very cool.

So please continue to support your local craft beer breweries, taprooms and bars and let's try not to let anymore quality breweries go.

It’s a wrap! 💙

Thank you to @thejukebars team for welcoming us—it was such a pleasure to be your guests! 🫶🏻

Even in the middle of a heatwave, we were truly touched by everyone’s enthusiasm. Thank you, Brums, for showing up and supporting us! 🤍

It was so wonderful meeting both our returning customers and everyone who visited us for the first time. We’re so grateful for every order, every conversation, and every smile.
