This weekend marks the one-year anniversary of me living in Las Vegas, and I took my celebration to @rewaxandunwine_vegas, and it was so much fun!

Reposting this reel… On this day, three years ago, I got on a plane and moved back to the US from Argentina.

Living in Buenos Aires was such a special, unforgettable experience. It changed me in ways I never thought possible.

Even though certain habits have crept back, I don’t think I’ll ever fully adjust back to life in the U.S., and finally I’m OK with that.

Some days I truly miss life in Argentina, but I’m so grateful for the opportunity to have experienced the culture, the people, and the natural beauty of the country.

One day I hope to go back ❤️

A year ago, Uncomplicated Leadership was just a dream. Now this book is out in the world, and people are reading it, sharing it, and even buying it for other people.

What makes me happiest is that I put ME in the book.

The Brooklyn girl.
The Marvel nerd.
The chatty storyteller.
The eternal optimist.

I recently had the chance to sit down with the phenomenal @revnunnwisdom on the @livingcorporate podcast, and the conversation got very real, to say the least.

Now while this snippet focuses on entrepreneurs, job-seekers, and consultants, I think the premise still holds for leaders in this market as well.

Charisma alone is not enough to build a strong, engaged team that’s ready to deliver results.

Charisma alone is not enough to establish trust with an organization that’s counting on you.

You need relationships.
 GENUINE connections.

And while you don’t need to be an expert on everything and have all the answers, your team wants to know that you have enough knowledge and understanding to set a clear vision, outline expectations, and show them why their work matters.

If not, they may detach or find other career opportunities where they can work for leaders who do.

Today is the big day!!!!

After months of anticipation and preorders, my book, Uncomplicated Leadership, has now hit digital shelves!!

I am both nervous and happy that the world gets to read something that I put my heart and soul into.

Last month, I went to Barbados to surprise my dad for his 77th birthday with a copy of the book.

It begins with a story about him, so I thought it only right that he and my mom got the very first copy.

It truly made my year to share that special moment with the two people who are the inspiration behind everything I do on this earth.

Now, I get to share this moment with you!

I could ask you to invest in this book for yourself or someone else because we’re LinkedIn friends.
