In a world where we see messaging on loose 10lb in 5 seconds 😂

Let this remind you that the process takes time.
There are no shortcuts. No magic pills. No secret formula!

Here you have a woman.
A beautiful daughter.
A mom of 6 children.
A wife.
A business owner.

You see someone who was determined with discipline and direction.

Many times she could have quit.
This was not easy.

However with coaching, accountability and community she got it done.

And we are just getting started!

Super proud of my client!

You have the evidence Sis!
Pick it back up.

That’s it. That’s the caption.
You can.
You will.
You must!

End of story.
Pick it back up sis! by @thekashmethod

Your body learns what you teach it.
Your mind believes what you tell it.

One day or Day one.
Same two words.
Different heart posture.
Different approach.

More importantly, the different order.
Many times we put having the outcome first, then do what we need to do and be the person when that order and perspective will keep us in the prison of procrastination.

Want more energy? Want to be confident in pictures? Desire health community? Want quality of life?

My question to you is, how do you start becoming HER today?

The biggest room in the world is room for improvement.

Give yourself permission to be in that room.

What may be keeping you from making the plan is the belief that you have to be great at it on your first attempt.
You don’t.

Your first walk may be shorter than you planned. Your first workout may require modifications. Your first week may not look anything like the plan on paper.

Good. Now you have something to build on.

The goal is not to impress anyone with your first attempt. The goal is to get in the room, give yourself permission to improve, and keep moving forward.

One rep at a time.
One step at a time.
One bite at a time.

And when your belief gets shaky, borrow ours. That is what real coaching and community are for.

Your plan gives you direction. Support helps you keep going when that plan meets real life.

Ready to build strength you can keep showing up for? Your Strong Start is on the other side of your YES!

POV: You stopped waiting for the perfect time and place to work out. 💪🏾

Yesterday was Contessa’s birthday, and THIS is how she showed up to class. 🔥

This is what I mean when I say: You are the machine. The world is your gym.

Your wellness doesn’t have to depend on getting to a gym, having an hour to spare, or life cooperating with your plans.

Your living room can be the gym.
Your hotel room can be the gym.
Your backyard can be the gym.
Wherever YOU are, we can meet you there.

That’s what we’re building inside The Strong Collective — a way to take care of yourself that can actually move WITH your life.

Because the goal isn’t to build a routine that only works when everything is perfect.

It’s to build one you can count on.

Want to experience a class with us?

Coach Elsa is proof that movement does not have to look one way to count.

Swipe through the carousel and take a glimpse inside her class.

You will see more than movement.

You will see a coach meeting women where they are and reminding them that they do not have to do everything perfectly for what they do to matter.

Need to modify? Modify.

Need to slow down? Slow down.

Only have 15 minutes? Honor the 15 minutes.

That is the 0.5 rule in action.

Coach Elsa began her wellness journey at over 300 pounds and had to confront the belief that because she was full-figured, she could not take up space or lead from the front of a fitness class.

Today, she is doing exactly that.

Because movement is not one-size-fits-all.

Your race.
Your pace.
Your journey.
Your beautiful body.

Modifications are not “less than.” They allow you to honor your body, stay connected to your commitment, and keep moving forward.

That is what real women leading real women looks like.

As you swipe, ask yourself:

What has all-or-nothing thinking convinced you does not count?

Coach Elsa, you are a different kind of strong. by @thekashmethod

🚩If your wellness plan falls apart every time life gets full, the answer may not be another plan.

🧠You already know many of the things.

The harder part is following through when you cannot give 100%.

😫That is where all-or-nothing thinking will get you.

You miss Monday, so you wait until next Monday.

You cannot give 60 minutes, so you ignore the 15 minutes you do have.

But sometimes the next step is not zero to 100.

Sometimes it is zero to 0.5.

That smaller step is not meaningless. It is how you stay connected to the commitment and continue building trust with yourself.

Choose the step you can honor.

Schedule it.

Tell someone.

And decide how you will return when life interrupts the plan, because real consistency must leave room for real life.

🫂If you are tired of knowing what to do but struggling to follow through alone, text **CHAT** to **401-341-1402**.

Let’s have an honest conversation.

You are a different kind of strong. by @thekashmethod

Yes ! we train virtually.
Live classes, real coaches, real community. From your living room, your garage, your hotel room or wherever you are, we show up together.

This is not a pre-recorded library you forget about in a week. These are live sessions with coaches who see you, call you up, and make sure you finish.

Different time zones.
Different schedules. Same standard.

If you've been waiting for the right time to start — this is it.

Come train legs with Nairoby and Coach Nadia. 🔥

No excuses.
Just effort, discipline, and a woman who decided to show up.

Because here’s the truth most people miss…

Excellence lives inside all of us.

But it doesn’t show up through motivation.
It shows up through faithfulness to the process.

Your race.
Your pace.
Your journey.

And when you stay committed long enough…
the results speak.

Today Nairoby showed up for leg day and here’s what we put her through:

🔥 Warm up
100 banded hip thrusts
100 banded hip thrust abductions

🔥 Circuit 1
50 → 40 → 30 banded squats
superset with
50 → 40 → 30 alternating weighted lunges

🔥 Strength Block
5 heavy barbell squats
25 hip thrusts (3 rounds)

Then…
3 heavy squats
8 heavy hip thrusts with a 2-second pause

🔥 Conditioning
20 kettlebell sumo squats
10 side elevated plank leg lifts (5 sec hold)

🔥 Finisher Circuit
Elevated bridges (10 sec hold + 15 reps)
Weighted split squats → bodyweight split squats

And she finished with 2 minutes nonstop bodyweight squats.

Consistency doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens when you have:

1️⃣ A strong WHY
2️⃣ Accountability
3️⃣ A community chasing the same goal
4️⃣ Structured coaching

And here’s the bonus truth…

When you invest in yourself, you show up differently.

So if Nairoby can do it…

So can you.

You are an unrepeatable miracle.

Try this workout and tag us so we can cheer you on. 👏
