Six-figure months aren’t luck. They’re math 🤓 SUPER EASY MATH.

Most injectors and clinic owners think growth comes from posting more, hoping for referrals, or boosting random posts.

But clinics that consistently hit $20K, $50K, or even $100K months look at their numbers differently.

They reverse-engineer them 🔧

For example:
If your average treatment is $350, then 60 clients = $21K/month.

But assuming about a 50% close rate, you’d need roughly 120 leads in a month to get there.

That’s only 4 leads a day.

Once you understand the math, growth becomes a lot more predictable.

There are MILLIONS of medspas in the world. MILLION of injectors and MILLIONS of people technically competing for the same clients.

I’ve worked with so many Medspa Owners and Solo Injectors to have been able to notice that the business owners that grow the most are the easiest ones to coach.

They don’t need to be the smartest in the room. They don’t need to know everything.

BUT they’re open to feedback, ask questions and use the resources around them- and MORE IMPORTANTLY, they aren’t afraid to collaborate with people in the same industry because they’re scared of competition.

And @nurseinthesix is SUCH a good example of this.

The people building great businesses aren’t sitting around obsessing over what everyone else is doing.

They’re too busy learning, collaborating and working with the right people to see where they can get better.

And honestly, that’s become one of my favourite things about the community of women that I work with. Everyone wants to see each other win, share what’s working and grow together.

It’s also a big part of why I’m so intentional about who I bring into The Kay Media and why there’s a waitlist in the first place. Protecting that kind of environment matters to me.

There is MORE than enough business to go around.

Opening the dream clinic is one thing. Growing into it is another.

When Chiara opened @thebeautystandard.ca - she had already built a clientele of her own.

But with a new space, a growing team, and significantly more overhead, she quickly realized that relying on her existing clientele alone wasn’t going to be enough.

If EVERYTHING depends on you staying “on TOP”- you’ll understand this. Melat was already incredibly disciplined.

She held herself to a high standard- posting consistently, staying active, doing everything she was “supposed” to do.

And it worked…. But it also meant EVERYTHING relied on her 🥲

The moment she slowed down, things slowed down with her.

When Shelby and I first started working together, the drive was already there.

This girl WORKED. Night shifts, mom life, part-time injecting- all while trying to build her injection business to the point where she could walk away from the permanent hospital position she held for almost 6 years and do something she was truly passionate about.

She wanted to build something of her own- but there were parts of the business that she was still trying to figure out.
