Vancouver was on my bucket list for years. Why? I haven’t a clue, but when I feel a calling, I make a move. I’m so glad I listened to my intuition because that weekend was perfect. The weather was clear and breezy, views were stunning, and I met some lovely people. I can’t believe it’s been 8 whole years in LA.

1.4.17–I started over with a one-way ticket to LA with 5 suitcases and my mom in tow, car was being transported, mayyyyybe $2,000 saved, and a real “fuck it, let’s do it” attitude. What has transpired since has been some of the most painful yet beautiful and freeing times of my life.

The friends I’ve made, the people I’ve lost (2019 almost broke me), the sheer joy I’ve felt has all been worth it in the end. Turned 30 here. Omg I have memories for days. I tell folks parts of my story and they would call me brave, and I never really felt that way. Until now.

1.4.25–I just so happen to be flying first class on the way back to LA. Funny how life works.

Cheers, friends. 🎉 Thank you to everyone that has made me feel so seen over the years (especially my VA folks). These photos and videos are random because that’s what this journey has been.

🗣️ MESSAGE! I really lived my prayers this year. 🥹 Five years ago, I couldn’t imagine the life I’m living right now. IYKYK. It’s FAR from perfect, but once I gave myself space and grace to be authentically me, the world started bending in my direction.

I stopped waiting for the “other shoe to drop.” Why? Because it’s going to drop anyway. Feel those feelings, pivot, ask for help, and keep going.

I asked for what I needed instead of just taking what was handed to me.

I embraced completion instead of perfection. This reel is a GREAT example of that. 😂

So many peaks and valleys. I spent the last 5 years in the valleys. I fought hard to enjoy these peaks.
