Happy Closing Day! Jessica & Chris called us for a preliminary day dreaming meeting about *maybe* want to look for a new a house in the next year. Apparently all they had to do was say their wishlist out loud because within a month we were under contract on their Lincoln Terrace Dream Home that wasn’t even on the market yet!

We have come a long way from a friendship forged on the school bus as kids and now we’re raising Classen Comets of our own! It’s a privilege to get to witness these phases of life together 🫶
