Chapter 39 & I’ve never felt more aligned.

This year I didn’t just grow… I evolved.

In my faith.
In my career.
In my standards.
In how I show up for myself.

I used to play it safe - even in how I dressed.

But this year:

I chose bold.
I chose color.
I chose to be seen.

Because hiding no longer aligns with who I have become.

I’m not experiencing a moment… I’m embodying the standard I prayed for.

Soft. Powerful. Intentional.

Time is winding down 💍

And suddenly… it’s getting REAL!!!

Somewhere between starting a new career, being a mom, turning a house into a home, nurturing my relationship, and planning a wedding… I realized just how much women carry while still making it all look beautiful. WHEW!!!

I’m excited. I’m anxious. I’m grateful. And some days, I’m all three before noon! 🫠

But here’s what I’m learning in this season:

You can be incredibly grateful for the life you’ve prayed for and still feel overwhelmed trying to balance it all.

So, I’m inviting you into another chapter of this beautiful journey… THE ROAD TO FOREVER. 💍

The planning, the fashion, the decisions, the emotions, and everything in between and I’m bringing y’all along for the ride!

And what better way to kick things off than with a wedding dress I absolutely LOVED… but DIDN’T choose! 👀

Three states in three weeks. ✈️🧳

And yes, I’m a MOM.

Some people hear that much work travel and immediately think about everything I’m missing at home.

But can we talk about what I’m also BUILDING? 👀

I’m in a season where I’m learning to make my career work FOR my life, not just the other way around.

Those hotel stays? Points toward family vacations.
Those flights? Miles toward new destinations.
Those work trips? Opportunities to create experiences for the people I love.

Because for me, success isn’t just about climbing the corporate ladder. It’s about what that climb allows me to create beyond the office.

And while the balance isn’t always perfect, I’m learning that motherhood and ambition don’t have to compete. Sometimes, they can work together.

Two weeks in. A new industry. A new perspective. And so much gratitude. ✨

One thing this new chapter is teaching me is that sometimes the greatest opportunity for growth comes when you’re willing to become a student again.

My first two weeks of training with Synchrony have been filled with learning, collaboration, meaningful conversations, and most importantly, CONNECTION.

Something I’ve come to appreciate about the culture here is the intentionality behind building relationships.

In a world where we’re constantly moving toward the next goal, there’s something powerful about an organization that understands the value of slowing down long enough to truly invest in its people.

From spending quality time with my leader and the VP of Operations to connecting with talented colleagues across the OnePay team, I’ve been reminded that great leadership isn’t just about driving results. It’s about building trust, creating alignment, and developing relationships that make those results sustainable.

After years of leading teams, I’m embracing the opportunity to learn from new perspectives, challenge myself, and continue evolving as a leader.

Because growth doesn’t stop when you reach a certain level. Sometimes, that’s where the REAL growth begins.

Here’s to new relationships, new opportunities, and becoming everything this next chapter requires of me. 🥂

500 followers. 10K views. And a lesson bigger than both.

A few weeks ago, I made a commitment to myself to show up differently. To stop overthinking. To stop waiting for everything to be perfect. And most importantly, to KEEP THE PROMISES I MAKE TO MYSELF.

And here we are. 🥹

Is 500 followers a million? Nope. 😂 But it’s 500 people who decided they wanted to come along on this journey. And that means something to me.

Because this season isn’t just about building a platform. It’s about building discipline, honoring my commitments, and becoming the woman I keep saying I want to be.

And I’m learning that consistency really does pay dividends.

So here’s your reminder, sis:

BE CONSISTENT.
