I couldn’t tell you how often clients explain to me when we start to dial into a subconscious belief that’s been running the show “I know that’s not true though.. it makes no sense”.

Right… to you today.

Anything other than that belief isn’t relevant and makes no sense to that younger part until we meet it, be with it, and help it shift into the new belief with rewriting, cultivating a trusting relationship between the two, and embodying anew.

Dissonance is totally normal part of the process and it’s actually showing progress. It is awareness of where different parts within are having a different experience… it’s there together we get to dial into and bring cohesiveness to all the parts.

This step is one of my favorites (okay I lie, they’re all my favorite) in closing the gap between who you are, and who you want to be.

It takes tremendous courage, faith and discipline to live a God-led life….I FEEL AND SEE YOU ✨

So often we want the entire path… “show me the plan… what’s after this part being shown and I’m led on? Does this all work exactly how I’d like?”… but when walking into our embodied destiny- it doesn’t necessarily work so cleanly and exact all the time.

This doesn’t mean don’t apply a plan, have zero strategy, or goals. It means cultivating the connection with God to hear, see, and be led properly and potently so the doubt and fear can subside… and have things work out smoother and even better ✨👌😏

Sometimes it’s an entire offering or blueprint revealed… sometimes the next step is to stop doing something and shed it…

Walking by faith into your highest alignment and purpose is sexy, and can be scary. I get it girl. I really really do. After 15 years on this path, and 10 years of The Heartspace, I still get hit with the “say whaaaaa?!” And look up and be like “how the heck does that fit into my plan??” And the thing is… sometimes it doesn’t fit into MY plan. But it does fit into Gods… and that plan is alwayssssssss better.

We are living on an advance level of this game of life and the human experience these days… distractions are everywhere. In the physical world, attention spans pretty much equal to a goldfish, and then we have the chaos within the spiritual realms, and the energetics. And yes, spiritual and energetics aren’t alwayssss the exact same thing.

As visionaries, creatives, powerful beings with a badass mission and a dopeass soul… the ability to stay focused and not rocked by the distractions is so so s-did I mention SO important? Where focus goes, energy flows…

At the core of the work I do with groups and individuals are a few different pillars- one of which is, RISE ABOVE FEAR

We have such a poor relationship with fear. It’s misunderstood and as we get to know it and truly do the work to bring coherence to it allowing us to thrive with it being ON BOARD… that’s when the momentum gets going

It’s funny to see how it doesn’t go away, and the more work we’ve done to understand it, at times it’s sneakier and have to really move through the methodology and process to catch it and bring it into love and care.

Big things moving and restructuring over here that has that part wanting to run its default mode, but fortunately we have the Befriend Your Fear process and move with all parts of self in alignment once again… feel free to drop questions about fear in the comments and I’ll be sure to take time to answer them :)

Those meditations are now recorded and I’m excited to share them with you- they’re potent. My team was OBSESSED when they did the trial run with them. 😌💕

It’s truly remarkable how powerful the human mind is. Did you know there are several members to your Mind Team and they all have very unique roles?

One team members job all day everyday is to prove you are right. Yup. Whatever you are telling yourself, it gets to work to seek out evidence that you are correct.

So an invitation to start the week strong and put that part to work to find evidence of what you DO want to experience and have!

Still haven’t truly had the words to express how profoundly pure, potent, and perfect the end of the last lap around the sun and the birthday portal walking into this next was.

Year 36 was one that allowed me to delve deeeeep and practice what I teach. I got to meet the deepest layers once again, understand them, love them, care for them, challenge them, and rewrite once again preparing for the next unfoldings that are taking place… all while still running The Heartspace. Shedding, anchoring into an elevated expression, and setting even more and clear boundaries like woahhhhhh- and getting to be in awe and gratitude for what better and joyous things fill the space I got to create.

I walked into this next lap around the sun feeling the love from everywhere and beaming it all back to you with all my heart. The deepest of thanks and gratitude to my best friend, lover, and partner @mrpka11 for cocreating the most magical birthday portal- and in general, life. It’s beautiful to see how much we have grown as individuals and a unit and excited for the expansive yumminess we get to create in this next lap.

This year is one of even more expansion, impact, authentic expression. Of beauty, adventure, nature, health, wealth, and connection. And most of all, love.

In this last year I sat a lot looking at my body of work… and love seeing how you can see my own journey of Becoming within it. And every element of it is something not only I, but all of us get to continue to dance with in the human experience…
