Sleep in peace father. You will always be my hero. RIP 🕊️ by @thekhalidwardak

I grew up surrounded by sisters.
Four girls who filled our home with laughter, arguments, secrets, and a kind of love only siblings understand. For years, I was the only boy in the middle of it all… until, when I was almost nine, my little brother arrived. Then another. And another.

اختر مو بختور
عید مبارک

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Kabul Fire Records @kabulfirerecords for believing in this project from the very beginning. It’s been almost two months since we released the EP NOWROZ 1405, and honestly, these past weeks have been overwhelming in the best way possible. The love, support, messages, and people connecting with the music has given me even more courage and motivation to keep working on the album.
Big thank you to Farhot @farhotkf , Alex @alex_eckert_universe , and Hannes @loop.therapyy for being part of this beautiful project.
And of course, thank you to everyone listening, sharing, supporting, and showing love to the music. It truly means everything.
Also a special thank you to Benne @benneochs, for taking this photo, @os_imagery for the space and set design and to Hannes @loop.therapyy for the creative direction and always bringing the vision to life.
We’re still working on the album and taking our time with it, but I’m excited for what’s coming next.

A little before Reeperbahn Festival.

Rehearsing the set, getting the sounds right, and listening through the final album together for the first time with the team.
A lot of small details, a lot of listening, and a lot of excitement for what’s coming.

@thekhalidwardak | Samstag 31. Oktober

Still thinking about last night at the @imperialtheater.

Thank you to everyone who came out and shared the room with us, and just be there meant more than I can say.
Thank you to @reeperbahn_festival for having us, to the @imperialtheater for the beautiful space, and to @kabulfirerecords for all the work behind the scenes that made the night happen.
Thanks to @benneochs for these amazing photos and @breakdnz for the footage that we’ll share with you guys soon.
These songs have travelled a long way to get here. And getting to play them in a room like this in Hamburg was pretty special.

Thank you for being part of it. 🤍 by @thekhalidwardak

A few moments from the room where these songs came to life. We’ve been quietly working on this album for a while now, and it feels good to finally share little pieces of it with you.

Here’s a little snippet. More soon
