The scrubs aren’t going anywhere, but the name is.

I realized recently that I can’t release my most personal music or go on tour as “Dr. Sings.” That name was for the internet. This next chapter is for the art.

Time to reintroduce myself.

Hi, I’m Kieran Vale.

Kieran is an homage to my heritage and my middle name, Kiran.

Vale represents the valley. Because my songwriting is drawn from the valleys of my story - the anguish, the healing, and the hard times.

Welcome to the new era. Original music coming in 2026 🫶🏾

I’m heartbroken to hear the news about RJ Mitte - one of my favorite actors from an all time great show. even more heartbroken to hear that he took his own life

even the people who look happiest and most successful might be struggling on the inside. if you’re one of those people, you’re not alone. I’m right there with you.

you matter. you belong. you’re loved.

it’s okay to not be okay.

if you or someone you know is struggling, text or call 988 for free confidential support

I love you

“I’M NOT OKAY” is out now on all streaming platforms! 🙏🏾 This is such a personal song to me. I wrote it by myself one afternoon, thinking about how tired I was of life always feeling so heavy. The lyrics are a reflection of my own journey with mental health — the every day struggle with depression, the guilt of struggling despite having so much, and the yearning to just feel like a normal person for once. I hope some of you guys can relate to this song and know that you’re not alone. ❤️

Thanks to @jakeykrumm for producing and mixing this track. I sent it to him after I wrote it and asked if he’d wanna produce, and it was so dope how excited he was to do it! We decided to go for a more EDM sorta feel for this one, which I absolutely love - it really pulls out that feeling of having to put on the happy face even when you’re not okay on the inside. Jake you’re the best and I appreciate you bringing this song to life 🙏🏾 Jake also just released a new song so please go check him out as well!

Anywayyy thank you guys for listening, supporting, and sharing your stories and your heart with me. The best moments of my day are when you guys tell me how much something I wrote makes you feel seen, or resonates with your life, or helps you get through the days. I love u guys so much! Go streammm, save the song, and add it to your playlists! Let’s make this the biggest one yet ❤️🔥 by @thekieranvale
