This is Harrison. He put “Founder” on his LinkedIn page, but we prefer “Head Janitor”. Beyond that, though, he’s a tour guide, handyman, professional cardboard crusher in the bins, go-to middleman for introductions and the person you ask when you’re not sure what to do. He doesn’t cook particularly well, but he’s happy to taste-test anything. A service he generously provides free of charge. He also loves a photo, which is why these ones are all from 2022

. He’s considerably greyer now. Just managing expectations before you turn up for a tour and get a shock. Speaking of tours, he’ll happily show you around, hear your entire business plan and somehow end up helping you unload your car. Harrison started The Kitchen Collective to give food businesses the space and support to have a proper crack, without having to fit out a kitchen themselves. Turns out the support involves a fair bit of “Harrison, have you got a minute?” He’ll always make time. Unless you’re after an updated headshot. Book a tour to meet him, explore The Kitchen Collective and get to know the wonderful community inside! by @thekitchen_collective

Proud to be the home base for @cocolanenz! Watching their journey, from the early days in our kitchen to growing a popular dessert brand, has been such a privilege. Grateful to be a small part of the story đŸȘ đŸŽ„: @cravingnz by @thekitchen_collective
đŸ”„ @brokeboytaco is moving in! They’ll be setting up a prep kitchen at TKC to help bring you more of their famous, juicy, slow-cooked birria tacos. Get around them and pay their spots in Mt Albert, Birkenhead or Papakura a visit! by @thekitchen_collective
Virtual Kitchens aren’t about deception. They are about giving New Zealand’s food innovators a chance to test bold new ideas without the heavy costs of a traditional bricks and mortar setup. In a difficult market it’s virtual kitchens that are allowing our hospitality industry and the people within it to evolve and give customers what they want, when they want. We’re proud to be home to a handful of virtual brands and welcome a future of many more to come! #thekitchencollective #virtualbrands #virtualkitchens by @thekitchen_collective
“I’m not from Cornwall, but close – I spent many summers there. These are everything I needed, a taste of home and comfort in a world of unknown madness. Iconic. I cannot wait until the simple Cornish Pasty takes over the world.” - Jules TKC tenant @ansum_pasties winning a spot on Auckland’s top 100 iconic eats! đŸ”„ @visitauckland @restauranthub_nz by @thekitchen_collective
