13 Year Anniversary this week. ♥️ Never imagined my wife would be even hotter 🔥 at 40 than when I met her 13 years ago.

*TRACKING FOOD - “Abs are made in the kitchen” or as a powerlifter said “if you have abs you simply don’t eat enough” 😂 The saying is because abs are mostly about being lean (less fat on top of them to see them) and if you lift seriously or are fairly athletic you don’t really need to train them in an isolated manner to have them but if you don’t lift much or lack much muscle you main need some ab specific training to build the muscle. I’ve trained hard since I was 18 years old, abs came and went with diet or should I say went with overeating 😂 aka gaining fat.
-Training has always been the easy part for me, hell I love it. Controlling my body weight is another challenge that has felt futile at times. TRACKING MY FOOD IS THE BIGGEST GAME CHANGER FOR ME. Everytime I stop I gain weight immediately. I’ve never liked “diets” as they are just absurd rules someone made up to sell you their program… or foods they say are bad or good which is a bit ridiculous…regardless of what diet or insane rules you put on yourself…it’s the same…too much food/calories make you fat. I’ve seen my wife go through that process of trying different diets or weird rules…and now with no rules just tracking her intake, well the results speak for themselves 💪🏽.

Lift, push yourself in your sets, find what real failure in a set is, eat your .7-1g of protein per pound of bw, figure out your calories and you’ll know how to control your body weight and get results. taken in West Hollywood, California by @thekosherstogie

Smoked Short Rib Plate w/ salt, pepper, garlic, honey & brown sugar…. So to many it may come as a surprise but this is CHOICE ANGUS BEEF. Beef ribs are very fatty and rich especially when smoked so when prepared this way I want the least marbled option possible. So sadly it’s not @thewagyuwindow 😂.

THAT IS THE BEST CHEESEBURGER IVE HAD OUT IN YEARS, MAYBE EVER 🍔 @darlingbyseanbrock @hseanbrock - I’ve had most of all the LA burgers… and I love a proper thick patty “GOURMET” Burger. I want my burger medium rare or less and I want to TASTE THE MEAT which this beautiful DRY AGED Holstein beef patty is cooked over almond wood ember fire. I posted their video on second slide cause it’s just brilliant. The flavor on the beef is spectacular and you guys know I own a Wagyu beef company and how serious I take my meat. The @bubandgrandmasbread sesame bun is so good, that classic style bun but so soft and just holds together perfectly. A simple burger executed spectacular, cheese, aoli & onion. Quality ingredients shine, I don’t need a burger with 20 things on it sitting in au poivre or melted cheese or whatever else. I want to taste the damn burger!!! Oh and the damn French fries are sooo good. The chicken thighs were amazing, so juicy and tender and excellent flavor also cooked over that same grill. Post 4 weeks Review: Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Control… can reference @timetidewatches for some really nice video they posted today on it vs my pics. Here’s some 📸 next to Daytona, 1675, Ti Santos…I’ve never waited for a watch or put a deposit down, so this way a first. The bracelet in my opinion is one of the best integrated bracelets ever released and I’ve owned alot of watches. Doesn’t feel as delicate as a PP nautilus but finer than an VC overseas. The design aesthetically is gorgeous. The way the light reflects of the little bits that’s are polished, the beveled edges and the marquise center links. The micro adjustment is very easy and nice you don’t have to take the watch off to adjust either direction. The dial jumps between blue and grey depending on the light and gets that beautiful hourglass ⌛️ reflection. Very easy to read. Yes a better water rating would have been nice. It sits extremely comfortable on the wrist and the the slim 8.4mm is perfection. Doesn’t feel too dainty as too thin can be strange for me as well. The dial can seem larger than 38mm due to thin bezel design. Oh and did I say I want the gold one and I haven’t wanted a gold watch in ages (pics at end).

- whenever I’ve gotten lean I’ve had the same crap. I always say it’s the chunky ones lol.
- yes perfect lighting here to highlight definition but don’t we all need all the lighting help we can get 😜 especially the pale ones 😂😘

@mr_dragon_noodle - I’m not sure there’s a meal I’d rather have than going here (2nd visit) and of course some @sam_woobbq for the drive home/bbq snacks the next day.

- Mr Dragon Noodle 🍜 House - my favorite BAO anywhere. So crispy on bottom and doughy, meat seasoning is so good. The beef roll is epic and also my favorite I’ve had, the dough mmm..great XLB and the beef noodle soup is delicious and love the leaner tender cuts.
