You gotta start somewhere, Kris.

You’re not where you used to be.
You’re not where you think you should be.
You’re just where you are.

Give yourself some grace. Trust the process.

Some days it’s therapy.

Some days it’s a challenge.

Some days it’s simply an opportunity to show up for myself.

Two years ago, I challenged myself to get outside & start running. I had no idea that running would become such an essential part of my life.

Still got a lot to prove to myself but I’ll always be grateful for this journey.

Happy Global Running Day 🌍

What started as an idea turned into an experience 💥

Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to kick off my first event with @on — appreciate everyone who came out, showed love, and left it all out there!

Let's keep it going, be on the lookout for what's next!

Last weekend we pulled off our first wellness event in the community. Grateful for my @unmagined bro’s who helped make this happen from start to finish 🙌🏾 And to everyone who came out (in the rain at that) y’all brought the vibes, the community, and the reason we do this! See you all at the next one 💪🏾
