Its gonna be a killa thrilla funky skunky jam filled night with live music from a local band you may know and love and if you dont you will after this! Music goes til 10 but the party certainly wont stop then! Come one come all cuz were gonna be having a ball! Some drinks will be served but byob encouraged & some food and tasty treats will be there as well! Very limited parking available so reccomend getting a ride and oh I cannot wait for all that come to fuckin vibeeee shout out to the talented @misssarahmiller for the amazing flyer I absolutely love 💜💜💜💜💜💜!!!!

Today my brother John wouldve been 34. Ten birthdays without him and its hard to wrap my head around. I try to hold onto the memories as I fear them fading but as time passes with every year it gets harder. Its crazy to think over a quarter of my life you've been gone, such a strangely weird and sad feeling. You lived large and felt things so deeply, a blessing and a curse I know something about but not on the level you did. The weight of the world and your demons were so heavy for you and while your 24 years here was not long enough I get now why you could no longer endure that as hard as it is to say. With RJ Mitte having just taken his life as well I want to implore anyone reading this to take care of yourself and dont be afraid to tell people youre not doing good. Not everyone will listen or understand but know there are those out there like myself that will. Check in on your friends & loved ones, gas them up whenever you can and tell them you love em. Because life is precious and too damn short and can end or monumentally change in a blink of an eye. I wish you could see what im gonna do with this new project I have going. You were the one who told me about the @witchdrx and I remember thinking no way a heady glass shop nearby seems crazy. And here I am now working with them and going to be doing the dopest shit at @thecollectiveconsciousnessclub I know youd love it and id be so stoked to show you and have you do cool things with me but you will very much be there in spirit. I love you brother, happy birthday & ill see you on the other side 💜 by @thekushking

Official today! Here’s a message from the new owner of our commercial building here in Salem, Massachusetts…

I am excited, elavated & elated to introduce to you

The Collective Consciousness Club!

I feel that now, more than ever, creative art spaces need to be protected, preserved, promoted & prioritized. When I heard that the WitchDr studio was at risk of being torn down for yet another soulless condo building I said ABSOLUTELY NOT TODAY! To me, this is one of Salem’s sacred spaces. I met Derek & PC when they first opened their store many years ago and was always welcomed with open arms. When they started to expand and host events I started attending quite a few and loved what they were doing. I’ve been pretty involved in the glass art scene since 2007 when I started buying my first headies and selling glass in college. I love and live for this culture and the world that’s built around it. The Dr has created a wonderful community and has kept alive all of the things that I love about that experience in our lil neck of the woods on the North Shore. We will be trying to preserve what they have created while putting a slightly new spin on things. Live music, comedy, themed parties & events of all kinds including fundraising for good causes. I want this to be an open space that scratches the creative itch that many of us possess but no longer feel they have access to. We will encourage creativity thru art and expression & provide a space to feel at home while having a good time. That is what I want this place to be about. So the name The “Collective Consciousness Club” just seemed too fitting to me - to have a collective of like minded consciousness! Things got crazy and we mighta been bad
In the city of sin
Where you never come out the way you came in
Blinking lights and endless nights
The substances were flowing
Ideas were growing
Hunter on the mind
Losing track of time
Elevated to another world
A different dimension or so im told
Felt Like a piece of leather all twisted from the sun
Because boy oh boy did we have some fun

Ill sure be glad that this is a story ill forever hold & told

Me & @dreamsavethehumans had ourselves a time in vsgas back in april/may for a sphere & loathing trip for @phish While we were channeling Hunter S. Thompson in bat country in every way we could he started drawing this masterpiece. Then he leveled it up with this custom matching frame. Also not pictured is a hidden note inside to whoever finds this gem when were long gone along with a cash out voucher that probably will no longer work but it just adds to the lore. It was a wonderfully weird & wild ride of an adventure & I cant wait for the next one! Included in this reel is some shots of what we experienced but it truly cannot be conveyed how incredibly insane seeing a show at the @spherevegas is!
