POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It was a very rough one. Over year ago I broke my ankle at porchfest setting up for my first gig of the day. That was the day the universe said sit down. 😬🥴 I had 5 gigs schedule that day, broke my ankle at first but still made it to my last 2!

Healing was the toughest having to be stuck at home in bed. Lucky for me I have some amazing ppl in my life, supportive parents, friends that came to visit and keep me company and a selfless partner who helped me with EVERYTHING!

I was only able to do a very limited amount of gigs while I was hurt but they were all so EPIC. I want to take the time to say THANK YOU to all the promoters, business, organizations and everyone who keeps me working throughout the year. I am back in full effect and am excited for what these coming years have in store for us. ALSO A BIG THANKS TO THE COMMUNITY FOR THE MANY MANY MANY years of SUPPORT! I APPRECIATE YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH! 💜

what to expect (loosely) 🦋

sound → reset → movement → dance → rest → sound bath

we’re not watching the clock. come when you can, leave when you need to, and let the room do the rest.

8.30.26 · 1–5PM
St Dulce · 1445 N. Van Ness Ave

Save the date 💓

UNPLUG · round two 🦋

The first one taught us something.

That the magic isn’t in the schedule, it’s in the space between. In letting the room lead. In moving when the body wants to move, resting when it wants to rest, and letting connection unfold in its own time.

Three women who see the need for integration of body, mind, art, stillness, and each other. We are excited to open up this space again.

Phones down. Presence returned

Expect: sound, movement, stillness, dance, art, and the space between it all.

Time:TBA

I got to experience Project Lo for the first time last night at Neon Dreams and let me tell you… I was MESMERIZED. 🖤🎶

Of course the music was incredible, but it was so much more than that. Her stage presence. Her vibe. Her kindness. The way she performs. Everything about this woman exudes talent.

You can literally SEE the music flowing through her, from her body straight into those turntables. 🎧🔥 She doesn’t just play music… she FEELS it, and somehow makes the entire room feel it with her.

If you have never experienced a @thel0d0wn set, you HAVE to.

Safe to say, I have a new musical obsession. 😍🎶

Visalia Talks loves you, Project Lo! 🖤
