This past week I have been doing some hard work outs and I’m feeling it! I started slow in June doing 30 minutes then worked to 40 then the other day a hour then a hour. Then last night I did my 20k and yes I’m drained but I feel amazing and proud of myself for doing what I set out to do! In July while in Canada I looked at my dad and said I’m going to do some training for a big kayak paddle. He was really really shocked when I told him last night. I went slow and yes it’s not easy but it feels really good to push yourself to do what you want to do. I’m excited to do my paddle in Canada on Sunday with some family friends and I don’t know if my dad‘s coming along but maybe for a small paddle and then he’ll head back to the cottage. But I am very proud of myself for accomplishing this task. It is definitely not easy rowing. Also, the amount of people that don’t know how to use these machines if you see someone on them for two hours you should ask how to use it. Just an FYI, look up how to use them before using them. by @thelarkinator1

Will you come to my cottage this fall? Just you and me no one will know aside from my family and neighbors so they show up! We can go kayaking, hikes and relax and I want to be able to relax with you. We can make burgers but they need to be vegan and gf sorry but not sorry! We can go to town and go to my favorite store. We can sit and watch the sunset together it will be nice. We do have fun drinks like Coke, Canada Dry zero and tea. We can go down to the pub and watch the band play. We can listen to loons call and ignore the mfn world and all the things that are happening. We can take naps and drink up the sunshine while we have it. So will you like to come it’s a 9 hour drive. You can sleep in the car. But ps you’ll need to do half the driving just to inform you. Let’s go to the cottage. So get you passport and bags packed. No meat, dairy, fresh fruit and vegetables and no peanuts! No Jane is coming because she’s not invited!

September 10th 2019 my grandpa passed away. I miss him and I wish I could go back in time and do one more drive around town. Stop at a store and have him pick out the most random thing and then try to explain why he needed it. I want to hug him one more time. I want to say oh William! I want to hear my grandma and grandpa talk about anything I don’t care anything is better the silence! He always smelled good! He loved his pennies and William my brother got them. I got the car. I don’t know what worth more now. Miss you grandpa you and you did in fact have yourself cloned it’s my brother William. His name and his personality is spot on.
