Storms have a way of putting everything into perspective. 🇯🇲❤️ This is my first time back in Jamaica since the hurricane, and seeing the damage with my own eyes was heartbreaking. For the last 7 years, I’ve built The Lash Bank. Three years ago, I stepped into the vending machine business. I earned my CDL, became a truck driver, and now own a dispatch company. I’ve spent years focused on building businesses, creating multiple streams of income, and chasing goals. But this trip reminded me of something even more important... Don’t lose the plot. We get so caught up chasing the next milestone, the next sale, the next client, or the next dollar that we forget why we started in the first place. Success means nothing if you don’t stop to appreciate the life you’re building. This experience reminded me why I believe in entrepreneurship so deeply. Business isn’t just about making money ….. it’s about creating choices, building stability, and giving yourself the freedom to weather life’s unexpected storms. Storms will come. In life. In business. In relationships. In your finances. The goal isn’t to avoid them. The goal is to keep rebuilding. If you’re in a season where you’re rebuilding, don’t quit. Your comeback could become the strongest chapter of your story. And if you’ve been thinking about creating another stream of income, let this be your reminder that there’s no better time than now to start building something that can change your future. Keep going. Keep building. And don’t forget to enjoy the life you’re working so hard to create. ❤️🇯🇲 #WomenInBusiness #entrepreneur #vendingmachines #lashbusinesstips #womantruckdriver by @thelashbank__
