I help people see their beauty, believe in their worth, and feel cheered for.Sometimes, that means giving them a set of lashes that makes them look in the mirror and see their beauty. Other times, it means teaching a lash artist to own their confidence, speak life into their clients, and build a business they are proud of. And sometimes, it means sharing my story reminding people that no matter where they have been, they are never too far gone to step into something greater.My work isnt just about lashes. It’s about transformation. About lifting people up. About making sure that when someone walks away from my lash bed, my class, or my words, they leave feeling better, more confident, more capable, more worthy.Because everyone deserves to be cheered for. Introducing The Lash Cheerleader ™️ After over a decade in the lash industry as “Lashes by Lita,” I’ve grown, evolved, and developed a passion not just for creating beautiful lashes, but for inspiring confidence and uplifting the lives of everyone who walks through my door. Today, I’m proud to announce the next step in my journey with a bold new rebrand: The Lash Cheerleader.Why “The Lash Cheerleader”?The name comes from my heart and my story. Before I became a lash artist, I was a a dancer & cheerleader, someone whose role was to lift others up, bring energy to every moment, and be the loudest voice cheering for success. That same spirit now drives my work in the world of lashes! I thank God for leading me into this wonderful industry and I want to continue being someone who lifts others up.As The Lash Cheerleader, my mission is to be more than just a lash artist—I want to be your biggest fan, your personal cheerleader, and the one who makes you feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. I believe that lashes can do more than enhance your natural beauty—they can lift your spirit, boost your confidence, and make life just a little easier. One year ago. 🥹✨Goin through my camera roll and found all these little moments that never made it to Instagram… and they reminded me that some of the best parts of @thelashconference happen between the big moments.💛 Meeting one of the OGs I’ve looked up to since the beginning, Trina @mavenartistry . They say never meet your idols… but in this case, absolutely do. She is every bit as kind and generous as she is talented.🎤 Pouring my heart into my very first business talk, The Power of Words. I worked so hard on that presentation, and seeing so many of you connect with it meant everything. (If you missed it, go check it out!)🤍 Hanging out at my favorite booth with @syia_lashbox , @lashboxjenna , and @blinkbymack from @lashboxla . Some conversations just fill your cup.✈️ My third LashCon, making memories with @rooted_in_beauty_studio … and already counting down until we get to do it all again.⚡ Geeking out over my favorite UV system at the @lash_apothecary booth (thank you, @risa.arispa , for being my beautiful model!).✨ Finally getting to sit down and chat with @arin_nyc at the gala after years of admiring her from afar.📣 Handing out pom-poms before my class because if you’re coming to my session, you’re getting cheerleader energy. 😂 It may have been an intimate room, but wow… it was powerful. And… sorry for making everyone cry. 😅🤗 Hugging the one and only @lifewithtuss . Thank you for creating something that has changed so many careers and brought this incredible community together.🎙️ Working the awards red carpet, interviewing some of the most inspiring people in our industry. Honestly? I could do that all day. (help tag this babe) Being a @thelashconference Ambassador has never been about the title. It’s about helping someone feel welcomed, answering questions, calming nerves, making introductions, and helping create an experience that leaves people inspired.These clips are a reminder that the magic isn’t just on stage. PIVOT.From dancer…to single mom…to esthetics…to building a business with tiny lashes and a whole lot of faith.And now, one of the biggest honors of my lash career so far…I get to MC LashCon this year. 🥹🎤 @thelashconference It still feels a little surreal, because so much of my story has been one unexpected pivot after another.
