⁨ أصعب ما في التربية…
أنك لا تربي طفلك فقط.
بل تربي ذلك الطفل الصغير الذي بداخلك أيضًا.
في كل مرة تختارين الهدوء بدل الصراخ…
أنتِ تشفين جزءًا من طفولتك.
وفي كل مرة تحتضنين طفلك بعدما أخطأ…
أنتِ تمنحين نفسك الحضن الذي تمنيتِه يومًا.
وفي كل مرة تقولين له:
“أنا معك”
قد تكونين تقولينها لنفسك أيضًا.
لهذا…
التربية ليست معركة مع الأطفال.
أحيانًا تكون معركة مع الجروح التي تركتها لنا عائلاتنا.
وأجمل انتصار…
أن ينتهي الألم عندك،
ولا يبدأ في أطفالك. 🤍

The hardest part of parenting…
isn’t just raising your child.
It’s raising the little child within yourself, too.
Every time you choose calm over yelling…
you’re healing a part of your own childhood.
Every time you hold your child after they make a mistake…
you’re giving yourself the hug you once needed.
And every time you tell them,
“I’m here for you,”
you may also be saying it to the child you used to be.
That’s why parenting isn’t only about raising children.
Sometimes, it’s about facing the wounds our families left behind.
And the greatest victory…
is when the pain ends with you,
instead of being passed on to your children. 🤍
