My personal bullying story.💔 Growing up, I experienced bullying, and it’s something that can stay with you long after the words have been said. People don’t always realize how deeply their actions can affect someone’s confidence and self-worth. As a parent, it breaks my heart to think about kids going through what so many of us experienced growing up. We want to protect our children and make sure they never feel alone. How do you deal with your child's bullies? Drop your responses in the comments. #bollywood #JackiesWay #kidsanimation #StopBullying #ChooseKindness ❤️ by @thelenaverse1

🎬✨ ANOTHER MILESTONE ON THE JOURNEY! ✨🎬 I’m excited and honored to share that my edited short music video, A Woman’s Soul, has been selected for consideration by the Bollywood International Film Festival! 🎥🏆 As a songwriter and creative storyteller, I believe that music and film have a unique ability to express the emotions, experiences, and truths that words alone sometimes cannot capture. A Woman’s Soul is a reflection of that belief—a creative expression of the depth, complexity, strength, and beauty of the feminine spirit. Having this project considered by an international film festival is an encouraging milestone, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to share my creative work with new audiences. This journey continues, and I’m excited to see where it leads! ❤️🎶 Thank you to everyone who supports my music, storytelling, and creative vision. Your encouragement means more than you know! Please help me celebrate this moment by liking, sharing, and spreading the word! 🙌🏾 🎵 A Woman’s Soul ✍🏾 Written and created by Lena Fields-Arnold 🎬 Edited short music video #AWomansSoul #BollywoodInternationalFilmFestival #FilmFestivalSelection #LenaFieldsArnold #IndependentArtist #WomenInFilm #MusicVideo #CreativeJourney #Songwriter #TheLenaVerse by @thelenaverse1

"Aftermath,” reminds us that very choice has a consequence—and sometimes, the aftermath of a poor decision can change the course of a life forever. To our young people: Pause. Think. Choose wisely. ❤️ When it comes to sexual choices, never allow a moment of pressure, temporary pleasure, or the desire to fit in to determine your future. Your body, your dreams, your peace of mind, and your future are worth protecting. The consequences of unwise sexual decisions can be life-altering, affecting your emotional well-being, relationships, education, health, and future opportunities. Some lessons come with a price that no one should have to pay. Let “Aftermath” be more than a poem. Let it be a wake-up call, a conversation starter, and a reminder that the best time to think about the consequences of a decision is BEFORE you make it. Your future is precious. Your choices matter. And one moment should never be allowed to rob you of the life you deserve to live. 🎤 Listen to the message. Reflect on the meaning. Share the wisdom. Make choices your future self will thank you for. #Aftermath #LenaFieldsArnold #ScenesFromTheCity #PoetryWithPurpose #YouthEmpowerment ThinkBeforeYouAct SexualHealthAwareness ChoicesHaveConsequences ProtectYourFuture by @thelenaverse1
