Men, it’s time to WAR in the spirit!

For far too long, we’ve prayed from pulpits while remaining bound by perversion in private. Somewhere along the way, the enemy convinced men that intercession was a feminine pursuit…that prayer was something for the mothers and grandmothers of the Body of Christ.

But the Lord is raising up a company of men who refuse to leave the spiritual battle to the women alone. Men who will take their place on the wall. Men who will fight on their knees. Men who will war in the spirit for their families, their churches, and their generation.

Jesus set me free from addiction and perversion and He can do it for you! Rise up and take your place, men of God! by @thelescody

What we’re seeing in the Body of Christ is not division, it’s separation.
Jesus told us He would separate the wheat from the tares —we’re seeing it right before our eyes. (Matthew 13:24–30, 36–43)

This moment has revealed the hearts of man and the state of The Church. We can no longer be in false unity with fake Christians.
Don’t despair—rejoice.

What an incredible day at the inaugural Texas Faith Summit, an initiative of the newly established Texas Faith Office!

A special thank you to my friend, @nateschatzline, Senior Advisor to Governor Greg Abbott, for his leadership and commitment to advancing faith in our great state.

I also want to express my gratitude to @governorabbott for his bold and unwavering stand for faith, freedom, and the Christian principles upon which Texas was founded.

At a time when so many are retreating from their convictions, I’m grateful for leaders who are willing to stand boldly for theirs.

At Mercy Culture, honor isn't just something we talk about, it's a value we live. Today, we get to honor and celebrate our Mercy Culture Fort Worth Pastors and Elders!

You lead with courage, walk in obedience, and chase after the heart of God with everything you have. You went first, and because you did, a whole house gets to run in the culture God built.

Thank you for choosing honor in every season. Thank you for forgiving when it was hard. Thank you for giving generously with no strings attached. Thank you for pursuing holiness boldly and for stewarding His house with faithfulness and joy.

Your yes to Jesus has made a way for all of us, and we don't take it for granted. We love you and we honor you!

At Mercy Culture, one of our unique characteristics is this: WE LOVE ISRAEL.

This is not because of politics, a news cycle, or cultural pressure. We love Israel because the Lord loves Israel.

Scripture reveals God’s heart for the Jewish people, and as the Church, we want our hearts aligned with His. We refuse arrogance toward Israel, we reject antisemitism in every form, and we choose to pray for the Jewish people and God’s redemptive purposes for them.

October 7 reminds us why silence in the face of hatred is not an option.

As Mercy Culture, we will continue to love Israel. We will continue to honor the Jewish people. We will continue to intercede for salvation, revival, protection, and for the Jewish people to encounter Yeshua as Messiah.

May our response be biblical, prayerful, and unwavering.

Three years ago today, October 7th exposed something.

Not just a war.
A divide…

On one side: those who love who God loves.
On the other: those who hate who God loves.

The Jewish people. Israel.
The apple of His eye. (Zechariah 2:8)

When you watched babies murdered, women taken, and families burned in their homes, and your first instinct was to justify it, that’s not a political position.

That’s a logic problem.
And that logic didn’t come from heaven.

Antisemitism isn’t just hatred.
It’s spiritual.
It’s demonic.

Every one of us is being influenced.
Either by the Holy Spirit or by the spirit of this age.
There is no neutral ground.

So how do you know which voice you’re listening to?

You test it against the Word. (1 John 4:1)

Not the news.
Not your feed.
Not the loudest voice in the room.

“I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse.” (Genesis 12:3)

The Word doesn’t change with the headlines.
Truth is found there, and only there.

October 7th didn’t create the divide.
It revealed it.

America needs a Church that’s willing to stand in the gap.

If we believe our faith matters, then it has to matter in every sphere of life—including politics.

God is looking for people willing to stand for their city, their state, and their nation.

It’s time we as Christians stop tolerating gossip in our lives. Gossip is a characteristic of the spirit of Jezebel, and an attack of the enemy meant to divide the church.

Practical advice: if someone is gossiping to you, take them to the person they are talking about!
