Come spend a day with Director Lewis…. On all levels! The day I secured the Reverse Job Fair in Port Arthur all the way until I get back home and the work doesn’t stop! Working for myself has been rewarding, where some days are easy, some are hard, but everyday I’m so grateful. 🥲

April is Autism Acceptance & Awareness Month, a time dedicated to promoting inclusion, understanding, and support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). 💙🧩

Autism affects approximately 1 in 36 children, making it more important than ever that we lead with patience, flexibility, and a strengths-based approach. 💙

At The LEW Group LLC, our work through Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) as well as our Job Placement services ensures individuals are empowered to:

💙Build confidence and independence
💙Develop workplace readiness skills
💙Explore meaningful career pathways
💙Successfully transition into employment
💙Inclusion in the workplace

We are not just providing services—we are changing futures. Happy National Autism Awareness Day and Month💙🧩 taken in Houston, Texas by @thelewgroupllc

A 72 hour work trip with my wonderful Executive Assistant/SETX Region Supervisor @laurynmarks was nothing short of amazing!!! We hosted a session for Transitional Coordinators across Texas to attend to view the works of what vendors like myself can truly provide for our students with disabilities in school and beyond. Giving them glimpses and success stories of what our services can do for them💚
•

I heard it’s Boss’s D A Y 💚✨
My team gifted me on yesterday and yes I was so surprised in fact I shed a tear…Being a boss means nothing if you can’t show your staff how much they are appreciated and how grateful you are for them.
•
Being a boss is not easy by any means… but I when I say these ladies are phenomenal I mean that and you all make my hard days not so hard the way you all literally get the job done. The field that we are in is not the easiest but the difference you all are making is HUGE🎉✅💚I’m one BLESSED BOSS!
