POSTS STORIES REELS

This summer reminds me why I love this industry… and why it’s never just about the restaurants.

We had just three months to build two restaurants from the ground up in the Hamptons. Every day was a new problem to solve, impossible deadlines, thousands of decisions, and no room for mistakes.

People often ask me what keeps me going.

Of course, seeing guests leave every night with a smile, knowing we gave them more than just dinner is why I fell in love with hospitality in the first place.

But as the years go by and more restaurants open, I’ve realized my biggest passion is building teams.

Finding the right people. Creating a culture where everyone pushes each other to be better. Building a bond that guests can actually feel the moment they walk through the door. When a team genuinely enjoys working together, the service becomes effortless, and that’s where the magic happens.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built this summer, and even more excited about what’s next.

A new project in New York City is already under construction… but first, let’s finish this summer the right way. 🍾 by @theliau.p

I work 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, and it doesn’t feel like work. The everyday struggles only fuel me to push harder and I’m grateful for the ones who support me.

This year we launched our hospitality group, 3rd Space Hospitality , uniting Maison Close, Monsieur Bistro, Talya, Bounce, Petite Disco, and adding a few new babies to the list:

✨ Nexus in Tribeca partnership: our members club that puts us on the international stage with locations in London, St. Tropez, and the Bahamas. (Opening September 4) @nexusclubny
✨ Ayah in SoHo: a Moroccan festive restaurant where culture meets celebration. Get ready, we’re about to shake New York with this one (Opening September 10) @ayahrestaurant
✨ Petite 2.0 — same club, new twist. Nights won’t end the same. 🤫 (First night September 4) @petite__nyc

Grateful for everyone who stood by me. The journey continues stronger than ever. Buckle up. 🚀 by @theliau.p

In the past two years, I’ve opened four restaurants and a nightclub—starting with Maison Close SoHo, followed by Talya, Maison Close Montauk, Petite Disco, and now our newest addition, Monsieur Bistro.

The journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve witnessed unimaginable challenges, like seeing one of my restaurants burn before my eyes, losing friendships along the way, and working tirelessly without a single day off to bring my vision to life.

But every sacrifice has been worth it.

I’m beyond grateful for those who’ve stood by my side, pushing me to never give up and helping me turn dreams into reality.

On to the next project 👀 … Last slide for a sneak peek at what will soon be NYC’s hottest vibe dining destination.

Stay tuned. 🙌🏼 by @theliau.p
