The Library on Carson 📚 has quickly become one of my new favorite restaurants! I stopped in for Restaurant Week to try their $55 three-course special, plus some fan favorites like their Kimchi Smash Burger—easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. 🔥

Don’t skip the truffle parm hand-cut fries, lava cake, or funnel cake fries. Trust me. 😂

Have you tried The Library yet ⁉️ #thelibraryoncarson #southside #foodreview #pittsburgh #smashburger @thelibraryoncarson taken in The Library Pittsburgh by @thelibraryoncarson
