Honest post
Been feeling a bit down since my last national competition in Dallas. Bodybuilding has its ups and downs but truthfully I have never felt so disappointed in myself and in my physique. I feel like I let my coaches and trainers down with my top 5 placing. This feeling of never being good enough I haven’t been able to shake off… it has affected me so much to the point where I don’t even want to go to the gym anymore, where I don’t even want to eat anymore. But that’s the thing with bodybuilding, you always need to improve… I truly hope I can move past this as my plans are to compete in Pittsburgh in September. I’ve been competing for 7 years and this has been my hardest season yet. I know after hardships comes strength…and I can’t wait for that. by @theliftinglatina
