Wowww I ❤️ @humangarage & I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to go in and work with @jasonvanblerk and @aishahumangarage - After following their work for some time, experiencing it firsthand in my own body was truly wild & game-changing. I really believe in the work they’re doing—and in the incredible, innate healing power of our own minds and bodies. Below, I’ll share a bit more about what’s happening in this video. Human Garage is a self-healing practice that uses specific exercises and maneuvers to release physical and emotional tension stored in the fascia. Fascia is pretty extraordinary.
