Been in and out of hospitals and on medication since I was three years old.

Stopped taking antibiotics at 26 and went full holistic.

Diagnosed with Lyme at 34 - incorporated Western and Eastern/holistic medicine to get out of a wheelchair and the devastating effects of Lyme.

Diagnosed with CIRS and antibiotic resistant strep and staph at 39.

I know tired. I know hopelessness. I know loneliness. I know pain. I know expense. I know guilt. I know shame.

But I also know Hope. I know Love. I know Purpose. I know Prayer. I know God - and He knows me.

There is so much to live for. I am into all the things! There’s not a lot out there I haven’t tried.

It’s important to remember that nobody knows you like you, that the treatments and protocols that you choose, that your gut feels drawn to are up to you.

It has taken me a lifetime to get where I am, it has never been a sprint. The little sauna I own, the little red light devices - the PEMF mats, the knowledge of how to make fermented foods, how to eat and where to source it, etc.

It did not come in a single day.

If you’re walking this path, give yourself a little grace. Experience comes! And it will bless your life and the lives of those around you, especially your family.🫶🏽

Post General Conference date night for us Las Vegans! What we did!

We made reservations at The Roof restaurant, (park at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and get your ticket validated!) I always love getting appetizers because they tend to be the most creative and delicious in every restaurant. The funeral potato bites and fig flatbread were delicious but…

In our home, we bring God into the conversation. Modesty is one of the ways we teach our children to honor and respect Him through how we present ourselves out in the big beautiful world. 🤍

We also teach that what we put out matters—and so does what it invites back. Such an important concept!!!
