The upgrade you didn't know you needed.

Everyone has a cheese board. Almost nobody has the right knives for it. So there's always that moment where someone reaches for a butter knife and tries their luck with a wedge of brie.

The Cheese Knife and Spreader fixes that. The open blade cuts through soft cheese without dragging half of it along, and the spreader does exactly what it's meant to. Brushed gold, and a nice weight in the hand.

Where it started.

The Acacia Serving Board was our first piece. Before the collection, before any of it, there was just this. One board, chosen because we couldn't find one we actually wanted to use.

That set the rule we've kept ever since. If it isn't good enough to earn a spot in your kitchen, it doesn't make the edit.

It's still the piece we reach for most. Cheese on a Friday, bread at the table, or just the thing that lives out on the bench because it looks better there than in a cupboard.

Everything else came after. This one came first.

No metal taste. Ever.

That's the ceramic coating doing its job. The inside of the Esplanade is coated in ceramic, which is non-reactive and taste-neutral, so nothing leaches into your coffee and nothing lingers from yesterday's. You get the clean, true flavour of a proper ceramic mug, in something you can take out the door.

Around it, double wall 304 grade stainless steel holds the temperature. 350ml, screw-on lid, flip-up spout.

Looks like glass. Won't behave like it.

The Velora has the fluted exterior and the weight of real glassware, without the part where it shatters on the tiles at 9pm. It's made from Tritan, which is crystal clear, BPA free and virtually unbreakable.

The best part is that it stays that way. No clouding, no dulling, no warping after the hundredth wash. Most plastic tumblers go milky within a season. This one doesn't.

450ml, which is the right size for wine, a spritz, or a long cold drink on a hot afternoon. Dishwasher safe, so there's nothing to think about afterwards.

Outside, poolside, on the deck. Anywhere you'd rather not risk the good glasses.

We know we’re not supposed to have favourites. And yet.

The Pavilion holds three bottles of wine with room to spare, which already puts it ahead of most things. But it’s the strap that did it for us. Navy striped webbing, gold buckle, adjustable so it sits exactly where you want it.
