Sometimes a client is such a vibe, I have to grab the camera.

The texture, the shape, the whole look was there, had to capture it.

I’ve really been enjoying moments like this. Getting to connect beyond the chair, sharpen another craft, and be reminded that this work is about people just as much as it is about hair.

Gratitude is a wonderful practice that helps combat , isolation, loneliness, depression, anxiety, addiction.

When I am writing down, praying and saying out loud daily all that I am grateful for and why I am regularly , less irritated, lonely, and Depressed. Try it and you will see it grow from writing 3 things down a few times a week to then writing an extensive long list of, to writing paragraphs on each thing or person you are grateful for.

My Problem is going back through out the day to re read and REMEMBER all that God has done and is doing in my life and around me.

He came in needing a refresh. We took the sides and back in, 2 inches off the top and added texture with a razor. Now he is ready for the World Cup.

This is Harley, She had a 30% chance of Her tumor not being cancer and she made it!! I met her owner @masonwcochran when he came in for a first time cut a few months back and we got to talking about our Dogs and photography. When he told what was going on I knew I needed to get my camera and meet them the next day to grab these shots, and the camera out great ! Dogs are the best ! There is a reason it’s God spelt backwards 😏

I always feel immense gratitude to get to fly back to my home state of California every 8 weeks to cut my clients and friends hair... But this trip I also got to shoot and film horses and their owners! what a blessing! thanks to @fujifilmx_us and @fujixweekly for the tools to do it! and a huge thank you to all of my California clients who are loyal and wait long AF for me to come back to get them right lol 😂 shout out to @luxeandlocalsalonemporium for the space to do what I do and to @shaevon for getting some shots of me working! and to you.... let this be a reminder your only block to you living the life you want is you, Get up.
