10.75 👌 4 weeks no real sprinting, had to do auxiliary work due to Achilles (dumb as I was to race on it when it started). Heat was truly needed, both in the weather sense but getting one in before this. Blew the drive, hips too high but solid 30-85, then lost control a bit due to lack of coordination from not sprinting properly. Great to race beasts @championshipfit and @athlete.x and of course also amazing to see SBs from @stefan_franzen_ and @desmondrogo and a huge PB and European deaf category record of 10.40 from @simonsharapo 💨 @stradia.go #trackandfield #athletics #sprinting #trackandfieldlife by @thelionmartinez

37 years I’ve been in this sport. Athlete, coach, champion. 2 weekends; 10.67w, 10.92 -1.1, 10.80 +0.3. Sluggish legs today after flight yesterday and being a bit under the weather during the week, not gonna be in full race shape until July but we’re looking solid for a new WR this season 👌 by @thelionmartinez

Worlds in Alachua, Gainesville. Super tough after a pulled hamstring 6 days earlier due to a super weird stride injury coming off the flight. “Luckily” it was out to the side so I couldn’t accelerate properly vs top speed but it was equally tricky to navigate. Still got the win. #worldchampion by @thelionmartinez

2023, M45 EMAC finals. Legs were cooked, race number 6. Also rain delay so had to warm up 3 times that day. Surprised myself with a good time under the circumstances. by @thelionmartinez

That never seen before-10.6w heat in 2023. First time in Pumas so I stumbled 3 times. Finals = wind legal 10.74. by @thelionmartinez
