It's her birthday today! Be sure to give her a follow and wish her happy birthday!! She has solo music wherever you get your music under Grace Saday! Give her a listen! She has a killer voice and is an amazing song writer! She's also an amazing friend, mama of 2, and a scientist! Grace rocks! Happy birthday Graceyboo!!

Hi friends, Melody @melody.renae the ukulele lady here! We've been quiet for a while, we've been on a break/transformation. Our lovely guitarist Grace is going to be pursuing her solo project, Grace Saday, and will not be returning to The Lipsmackers. We are all still besties! We will continue to support each other foreva!!! Please follow her on insta if you aren't already! @gracestartsaband and follow her on Spotify, "Grace Saday."

Here are hella pictures of 5 years of adventures with Grace! The band started as a duo, Grace and Melody, then we added a drummer and bassist, and became Polly and the Pockets, and finally, The Lipsmackers! It's been a journey! We've played with so many great bandmates, other bands, at all kinds of cool venues, and made so many friends together! It's sad to see this chapter of the band close, but it's not over, just different.

For starters, Melody (me, ukulele), will now be playing guitar. Our darling bassist @simone.lasher and drummer @spiritdrivemusic will remain the same! Kinda.. We are also looking for another drummer! Our current drummer is stretched pretty thin between projects and we're looking for someone to be our main/permanent drummer, and Xav can be our backup, if need be drummer.

Please reach out over DM if you'd like to know more about drumming for The Lipsmackers!

P.s. Love you Gracie!!! 💋 by @thelipsmackersband

You're a killer bassist, braniac, note taker and organizer expert, claw machine slaying, trinket traveling, lover or kittens and darkness. You're one of a kind! We are so fortunate to have you bassing it up with us! Can't wait to celebrate you!!
